1950 GMC 100. Great old truck! Runs and Drives. GMC 228ci has received a new water pump, rebuilt radiator, new distributor cap, new plug wires, new rotor, new spark plug wires and the carburetor has been rebuilt. Truck starts, Stops, Shifts, and goes down the road just fine. Could be a daily driver if you wanted. I drive it back and forth to the hardware store and around town. Everything is all original minus the new parts that I installed to make it reliable in the scorching 120 degree Arizona Desert. All Factory wiring is intact. Guages work, Speedometer is missing the needle. Truck is still 6 Volt, I have installed a brand new battery also about a month ago. I have brand new in the box headliner kit and kick panel kit. I have door panels that go on the doors and all the interior door handles and window cranks. Windows roll up and down just fine, but need rubbers and felts. The truck is 63 years old and has never been molested. This truck is as nice as I wanted it to be, but for a restoration father son project or just a winter project you can take it as far as you want or drive it and enjoy it as is like I have done. To be a RELIABLE daily driver, the buyer should expect to replace all the brakes, all the bulbs, all the wiring and all the drive train. I do not want someone to buy this truck and expect it to run and drive like their 2010 Chevy Silverado. This is not it. It is an old truck that , runs, drives and stops. I do not want anyone saying item not as described. It is an old truck that needs someone's love and attention. Lets say the truck needs a full restoration and as a bonus it will drive on and off the trailer. Thanks All. I hope you understand.
