I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you can bid with confidence. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a one owner 1996 Chevy W/T 1500 half-ton pickup. This truck was bought new at Bob Bell Chevy in Bel Air and traded in on a new Chevy back at Bob Bell. The owner clearly intended to keep this truck for the long term and took good care of it from new. As you can see in the pictures, this is a good looking truck. The Teal Green Metallic paint still shines nicely. The body is clean and straight with the only noticeable blemish being the driver’s cab corner. This truck has some nice LUND accessories including a vinyl bed cover, visor with running lights, and running boards. The wheels have a full set of center caps and chrome trim rings. They are wrapped in a matched set of Goodyear Wrangler tires. The interior has the fabric bench seat, which is still nice and comfortable, and the black vinyl floor that is easy to clean. The dash and doors are clean and firmly attached. The headliner is in good shape. The A/C and heat work well. The windows crank up and down easily. The factory stereo works. The previous owner was a smoker. This truck drives nicely. The 4.3L Vortec V6 fires up easily, makes good power, and holds perfect oil pressure, temp and voltage. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts easily and the clutch is smooth and grabs well. The 3.42 rear axle ratio is matched well with this engine and transmission, it gives a good balance of low end torque and fuel economy. The steering is neutral. The suspension soaks up bumps well. The ABS brakes stop the truck well. The Vortec V6 is a well made engine that was also used in the S10, Blazer, and Astro. It is known to handle high miles well and makes enough power to move a loaded pickup without trouble. If you are looking for a basic pickup for a good price, this is an excellent choice. It has a good combination of mileage, options, and condition. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a one owner 1996 Chevy W/T 1500 half-ton pickup. This truck was bought new at Bob Bell Chevy in Bel Air and traded in on a new Chevy back at Bob Bell. The owner clearly intended to keep this truck for the long term and took good care of it from new.
As you can see in the pictures, this is a good looking truck. The Teal Green Metallic paint still shines nicely. The body is clean and straight with the only noticeable blemish being the driver’s cab corner. This truck has some nice LUND accessories including a vinyl bed cover, visor with running lights, and running boards. The wheels have a full set of center caps and chrome trim rings. They are wrapped in a matched set of Goodyear Wrangler tires.
The interior has the fabric bench seat, which is still nice and comfortable, and the black vinyl floor that is easy to clean. The dash and doors are clean and firmly attached. The headliner is in good shape. The A/C and heat work well. The windows crank up and down easily. The factory stereo works. The previous owner was a smoker.
This truck drives nicely. The 4.3L Vortec V6 fires up easily, makes good power, and holds perfect oil pressure, temp and voltage. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts easily and the clutch is smooth and grabs well. The 3.42 rear axle ratio is matched well with this engine and transmission, it gives a good balance of low end torque and fuel economy. The steering is neutral. The suspension soaks up bumps well. The ABS brakes stop the truck well. The Vortec V6 is a well made engine that was also used in the S10, Blazer, and Astro. It is known to handle high miles well and makes enough power to move a loaded pickup without trouble.
If you are looking for a basic pickup for a good price, this is an excellent choice. It has a good combination of mileage, options, and condition. Thanks fr looking at my auctions and good luck bidding!

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will ba having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept personal Checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those transactions. We will assist you in that process.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
