I have a 1988 Chevy C1500 that was relocated up to the Chicago land area from California about 2 to 4 years ago. This chevy makes a great dependable work truck with a rebuilt transmission that was installed back in February 2013. I buy this truck to pull a trailer for the sea cadet corp on training. The Navy has now since started to let us use government Vans to transport cadets and gear so I do not have a need for this vehicle. This chevy has an extended cab and 8 ft bed on it. the two front tires are new as of this year and the rear tires still have some tread. The frame and bed are almost rust free the only rust that I know of is on the rockers panels in which for the year of the truck the amount rust is minimal due to it being a southern truck. it you should have any questions please feel free to contact me at 847-917-6317 or eBay message me.
