2006 BMW 525XIHello!For Sale I have my 2006 BMW 525xi. I have owned this car for the past three years and I am sadly selling the car to help pay for a wedding and house. I bought the car damaged out of an automotive salvage yard in Indiana. The car was damaged in the front end. I replaced the Hood, front bumper cover, radiator, condenser and fan. All of the parts are genuine BMW parts with the exception of the front bumper cover which was an aftermarket BMW M5 Bumper cover which I did to give the car a sportier look. The car does have a Michigan rebuilt salvage title. FUEL ECONOMY CITY 20 HIGHWAY 27 COMBINED 23 ENGINE AND DRIVE-TRAIN 3.0 litre Inline 6 cylinder engine 4 valve with valvetronic 215 Horsepower 185 ft lbs of torque 6 speed manual transmission Hill Assist, This holds the car from rolling backwards while the clutch is engaged. This is very handy for getting started out on a hill. DSC Dynamic Stability Control X Drive which is BMW’s All Wheel drive system. The All-Wheel Drive system also works with the DSC system to manipulate which wheels get more or less power. The system works great in the snowy and icy winters here in west Michigan. Brakes and pads were redone last year at Sharpe BMW at a cost of over $600.00 but it has all genuine BMW parts and ceramic brakes to cut down on the amount of brake dust. Battery was replaced in 2011 Oil has always been done around 4,000 miles with Mobil 1 synthetic oil Coolant thermostat was replaced in 2010 Car has all maintenance up to date and car runs and drives excellent. There are No check engine lights or lights on and no electrical issues. It’s been a great car for me for the last few years and I have only had to do basic maintenance to the car. As long as you up keep the maintenance on BMW’s they are great cars.
