My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test every vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee was the immediate successor to the famed Grand Wagoneer...so it had big shoes to fill. In its first decade, the Jeep Grand Cherokee went on to become the most awarded SUV ever. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is not a great looking Jeep...it shows its age. The finish is oxidized and the clear coat is flaking off. It looks to have originally been silver. Additionally, there are a few spots of rust visible at the usual places (fenders, door bottoms, ect.) but nothing terrible yet. It has the five star alloy wheels which are wrapped in a matching set of rubber. The tread is on the thin side all around. I'd recommend new (or a good used set) tires before winter. All of the glass and lenses are intact. I would rate the interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean (headliner sags a bit as usual). The cloth seats also show well for their age. Both front seats are power operated. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly with exception of a new regulator needed for the left rear window. The interior fan does not turn on...but I suspect the issue is with the center dial in the climate control panel. The original tape player has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which sounds great through the factory premium audio speakers. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels pretty tight for an older truck. The steering pulls a little to the right. The brakes stop this SUV with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. There have been no idiot lights on. She makes good power and accellerates easily. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and goes through all the gears normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and smooth with no complaints other than the aforementioned slight pull to the right. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test every vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee was the immediate successor to the famed Grand Wagoneer...so it had big shoes to fill. In its first decade, the Jeep Grand Cherokee went on to become the most awarded SUV ever. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is not a great looking Jeep...it shows its age. The finish is oxidized and the clear coat is flaking off. It looks to have originally been silver. Additionally, there are a few spots of rust visible at the usual places (fenders, door bottoms, ect.) but nothing terrible yet. It has the five star alloy wheels which are wrapped in a matching set of rubber. The tread is on the thin side all around. I'd recommend new (or a good used set) tires before winter. All of the glass and lenses are intact.
I would rate the interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean (headliner sags a bit as usual). The cloth seats also show well for their age. Both front seats are power operated. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly with exception of a new regulator needed for the left rear window. The interior fan does not turn on...but I suspect the issue is with the center dial in the climate control panel. The original tape player has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which sounds great through the factory premium audio speakers. The cargo area is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels pretty tight for an older truck. The steering pulls a little to the right. The brakes stop this SUV with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. There have been no idiot lights on. She makes good power and accellerates easily. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and goes through all the gears normally. Out on the highway, she drives nice and smooth with no complaints other than the aforementioned slight pull to the right. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may, at its sole discretion, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or future auctions.
Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will ba having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept personal Checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those transactions. We will assist you in that process.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
