I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Condition carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Acura 3.5 RL. The RL is the flagship of the Acura brand and is a proper front engine/rear drive full sized luxury sedan. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a die hard Mercedes driver...but I have to admit that I do like this car. This is probably one of maybe half a dozen Japanese sedans that I would not be embarrassed to drive. I would rate the exterior of this Acura to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is still a good looking car. As you'd expect with any older car with higher miles, there are numerous small scratches, chips and imperfections to be found. The only noteworthy damage is a few small dents on the nose of the hood (which makes it not line up perfectly with the fenders at the front) and the left rear outer door handle has broken (which is common). All said, she looks pretty good for her age and miles. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with a year or so of tread left. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. This 3.5 RL is a fresh NEW ACURA TRADE from Apple Acura right here in York, PA. I would rate the interior of this RL to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout this Acura. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. Interior space is generous and offers comfortable seating for four adults. The black leather seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power adjusted and heated. The dash and headliner are clean. The headliner sags a little in the back. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is the original BOSE Premium Sound which sounds great. This 3.5 RL has the optional GPS navigation system, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of books (as well as the original window sticker) are inlcuded. Mechanically, this Acura appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight, confident and well sorted. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. This car feels equally at home running errands around town as it does cruising down the highway. The ABS and Brake lights are the only idiot lights on in the dash. The brakes stop the car easily and feel fine. However, there may be an issue with the ABS. The engine makes great power and accelleration is easy. She keeps proper temperature and purrs like a kitten. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Condition carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Acura 3.5 RL. The RL is the flagship of the Acura brand and is a proper front engine/rear drive full sized luxury sedan. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a die hard Mercedes driver...but I have to admit that I do like this car. This is probably one of maybe half a dozen Japanese sedans that I would not be embarrassed to drive. I would rate the exterior of this Acura to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is still a good looking car. As you'd expect with any older car with higher miles, there are numerous small scratches, chips and imperfections to be found. The only noteworthy damage is a few small dents on the nose of the hood (which makes it not line up perfectly with the fenders at the front) and the left rear outer door handle has broken (which is common). All said, she looks pretty good for her age and miles. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with a year or so of tread left. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. This 3.5 RL is a fresh NEW ACURA TRADE from Apple Acura right here in York, PA.
I would rate the interior of this RL to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout this Acura. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. Interior space is generous and offers comfortable seating for four adults. The black leather seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power adjusted and heated. The dash and headliner are clean. The headliner sags a little in the back. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is the original BOSE Premium Sound which sounds great. This 3.5 RL has the optional GPS navigation system, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of books (as well as the original window sticker) are inlcuded.
Mechanically, this Acura appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight, confident and well sorted. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. This car feels equally at home running errands around town as it does cruising down the highway. The ABS and Brake lights are the only idiot lights on in the dash. The brakes stop the car easily and feel fine. However, there may be an issue with the ABS. The engine makes great power and accelleration is easy. She keeps proper temperature and purrs like a kitten. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Non-paying bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. This is not a game. Selling vehicles on eBay with NO RESERVE is very risky, which is why very few sellers do it. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time allowed by our Terms & Conditions, your account will be reported to eBay for possible suspension and you will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
