For bid is a 1995 Honda CBR 600, in excellent overall condition. Mileage is approximately 14,800. I have owned the bike since 2002, and am just getting a little old for this sort of thing. Hardly ever ride it anymore.The bike is a normal CBR for the year, but I converted it to a Smokin Joe type body many years ago. I patiently waited to aquire all the body panels from authentic Smokin Joe models that were being sold for parts. If I remember, there may be a couple of panels that were normal panels with repro decals added. But most all are authentic. I did not like the gaudy yellow front wheel on Smokin Joe models, so I kept the original black front wheel.The bike's condition is like new. There are no cracks in any of the body panels whatsoever.There are absolutely no dents or dimples in the tank A couple of small scratches on the muffler body, but that's about all. Tires are very good-- everything on the bike works. New parts over the years are ignition switch, fuel pump, speedometer, and brake pads.The bike runs great, but I have noticed lately that it is taking a long time to get off of the choke completely when cold. I would guess the carbs need cleaning. Also, in cold weather, the tachometer needle sticks on zero for a few minutes until the bike starts warming up.Hard to find a CBR in this kind of condition. But I am 65, and have always treated it well and with respect for it's performance. No foreign bidders, nor any zero feedback bidders. All bids from zero feedback bidders will be cancelled immediately when I see them, no exceptions. I will assist a shipper in loading up the bike, but I will not coordinate or be involved with payment of any shippers. That will be the buyers responsibility. Bike is in Powhatan, VA. ( About 30 minutes West of Richmond, VA.) Bike must be picked up within 2 weeks, or I will put it in storage at a cost to the buyer of $7.00/day. No reserve. It has never been painted or touched up, and is in near perfect condition.
