My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 BMW M3 sedan. The M3 needs no introduction as is has been the standard of basically every mid-sized sports car ever made. I would rate the exterior of this M3 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this M3 looks great. It is finished in brilliant silver over black leather interior. The body of this M3 is nice and straight. In fact, there is hardly a scratch to be found on the exterior. The only corrosion I was able to find is on the little strip connected to the grill that wraps around the bottom of the headlights. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how good this M3 looks. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The staggered alloy wheels look great and give this car a very aggressive look. I get compliments everywhere I drive this car. The tires show average tread all around. I would rate the interior of this M3 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout the interior of this BMW. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The deeply bolstered Motorsport leather seats also show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be working properly. The climate control system appears to be working correctly. The air conditioning blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system has been upgraded with an in-dash CD player and sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. The dash and headliner are both clean. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The powerful 3.2L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There is a check engine light on for the idle air control system. This is common and is usually the result of a gunked up air line needing blown out. It idles a hair low but there are no current drivability issues associated with this code. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering pulls a little to the right but is tight and responsive...a front end alignment is suggested. The brakes stop this M3 with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature and makes great power. Her road manners are excellent and accelleration is effortless. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts quickly and precisely with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives well and cruises easily. These M3's (that haven't been torn up, hot rodded or abused) are getting harder and harder to find...especially the sedans. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 BMW M3 sedan. The M3 needs no introduction as is has been the standard of basically every mid-sized sports car ever made. I would rate the exterior of this M3 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this M3 looks great. It is finished in brilliant silver over black leather interior. The body of this M3 is nice and straight. In fact, there is hardly a scratch to be found on the exterior. The only corrosion I was able to find is on the little strip connected to the grill that wraps around the bottom of the headlights. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how good this M3 looks. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The staggered alloy wheels look great and give this car a very aggressive look. I get compliments everywhere I drive this car. The tires show average tread all around.
I would rate the interior of this M3 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout the interior of this BMW. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The deeply bolstered Motorsport leather seats also show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be working properly. The climate control system appears to be working correctly. The air conditioning blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system has been upgraded with an in-dash CD player and sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. The dash and headliner are both clean. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The powerful 3.2L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There is a check engine light on for the idle air control system. This is common and is usually the result of a gunked up air line needing blown out. It idles a hair low but there are no current drivability issues associated with this code. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering pulls a little to the right but is tight and responsive...a front end alignment is suggested. The brakes stop this M3 with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature and makes great power. Her road manners are excellent and accelleration is effortless. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts quickly and precisely with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives well and cruises easily. These M3's (that haven't been torn up, hot rodded or abused) are getting harder and harder to find...especially the sedans. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Non-paying bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. This is not a game. Selling vehicles on eBay with NO RESERVE is very risky, which is why very few sellers do it. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time allowed by our Terms & Conditions, your account will be reported to eBay for possible suspension and you will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those transactions. We will assist you in that process.
