Offered for sale is a nearly flawless and completely stock and original 1997 Honda Interceptor with 2,040 miles. I mean museum quality, no kidding. I bought the bike two years ago from the original owner with 2,000 miles, so you can tell how often he and I used it. The bike has all the original documentation, bill of sale, two keys, tool kit, seat cowl, and sales literature. There is a spare windscreen and the original handlebars. The previous owner installed slightly raised bars. Of course the bike is red, the only color for a Honda Interceptor. If you are reading this you know about the bike so I won’t go into all of the details about them. However, you also know that these bikes, the last and best year of the superb 1994-1997 series, can hit 145 mph and do the quarter mile in 11.6 seconds, yet be comfortable to ride all day. The sound of the gear driven camshafts is one of the best sounds in the motorcycle world, way better than potato-potato. The only minor flaws are a pinhead-sized pit in the paint on the tank and one on the front fender. They are the same size as noted in the picture with a penny for reference. Please, serious people only with money. No test rides, no meetings in strange places, no dreamers and no international buyers. I will arrange for a personal viewing at the local police department for any serious buyer. I will not crate the bike. I suggest using a reputable motorcycle transport company.
