A great Saab to start with, very solid with lots of its original integrity (although this car is not restored). All four corners and rockers in great shape. Transmission is very smooth in all gears, you can drive on highway with one pinky too. This car is equipped with original front disc brakes, rear drum, bullet proof rally proven manual four speed transmission, equipped with original free wheeling mode (works great) original V4, original shoulder seat belts (rare for any ’67 car) Has original Saab roof rack. Work done so far: Interior seats redone to original Brake pads New brake cylinders Rear brake assembly rebuild Stainless brake lines Master cylinder rebuild Slave cylinder rebuild Clutch cylinder rebuild Clutch slave cylinder rebuild 34 Weber carburetor (1) High performance aluminized exhaust Rear shock tower conversions (removal of abysmal knee shocks) New carpet set New alternator New voltage regulator Good rubber Bearings repacked New shocks all around Middle grade paintjob (satin) History of vehicle is unknown. Still needed: Drivers side door panel needs to be reworked, Dash is in bad shape, windshield washer system was removed before I purchased, and rear bumper needs to be re-chromed. Original V4 runs smooth, but has untold miles and probably could stand to be gone through (this car was only driven as a townie the whole time I’ve owned it). Can’t get right front turn signal to work, bright light switch doesn’t work, fuel gauge not working. (Will ship with full tank) and then discretional work here and there depending on how far you want to take it. NOTE: these cars have tight wheel sets, it is best to flat bed them if possible. If your shipper is running rails, make sure they will fit the car as these are small cars.
