I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of each listing carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2003 Dodge Caravan SE. This vehicle has been owned, operated and maintained by the Commonwealth of PA since new and has just been taken out of service. I would rate the exterior of this Caravan to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking van. It is finished in burgundy and has a deep shine. If you look closely, you can see a little adhesive residue on either front door where the PA State decals were. You could probably get this off with nail polish remover if you wanted to do so. Otherwise, the exterior shows well. Please expect to find small scratches and scuffs associated with normal use. I did not see any body rust on the exterior of this van which is unusual to find in a Caravan as they are known for body rust issues. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The wheel covers look good. The tires show average tread all around. I would rate the interior of this Caravan to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. There is an odd hole in the carpet between the two front seats. Otherwise, the carpets show well throughout the interior with minor stains as you'd expect. The seats show well throughout. The dash and headliner are in good condition. The interior is pretty basic. There are pull out cup holders which are nice. The stereo is original and sounds good. The climate control appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. This van has dual sliding doors which makes getting people and things in and out very easy. Mechanically, this van appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.3L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I have not seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels good for an older van. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this van with no issues. On the road, this van gets around easily. The engine keeps proper temperature. I believe the airbag light is on...otherwise, no idiot lights have been on. Out on the highway, this van drives nice and straight with no complaints. The engine keeps proper temperature. I believe the airbag light is on...otherwise, no idiot lights have been on. Out on the highway, this van drives nice and straight with no complaints. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Non-paying bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. This is not a game. Selling vehicles on eBay with NO RESERVE is very risky...which is why very few sellers do it. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time allowed by our Terms & Conditions, your account will be reported to eBay for possible suspension and you will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
