Vehicle Detail
Selling my Bonnie, sadly. She's a 2006 Triumph Bonneville Classic with the optional black engine finish. Iconic styling with modern reliability. Only 1,368 miles on her. Very low mileage due to some health reasons and also the reason I'm selling. One of the easiest and fun street bikes to ride. Very comfortable seating position, making it a great bike for beginners as well as seasoned bikers. She also has a fun little kick in the pants around 3,500 rpm. I grew up in the 70s watching Evel go from Triumphs to Harleys. Evel always said the Triumph was his favorite bike to jump. I assure you I am much older and wiser now and neither wheel has ever left the ground, but we can dream, can't we. I bought the bike brand new in 2006 from Munroe Motors in San Francisco with the intention of using her as a city bike. I immediately had them pull the California emissions set up and was so very glad I did, she runs so much better now that she can breathe. If you are in Cali and want to buy her and for some reason want to put that crap back on, no fear- I kept all the parts. I don't recommend it though. I moved back to Oklahoma not long after I bought her and immediately got laid up, so she has seen little miles since then. She's been kept up, charged up and ridden enough to keep her in top form and I really hate to let her go but there it is. I can be available for assistance during pick up within reason. Pick up is required within 14 days of auction end. Any questions or photo requests I will reply ASAP. A buddy of mine sells on eBay all the time and had a great, funny disclaimer saying all the shit he won't do and what you as a bidder shouldn't do to me, but he can't find where he put it. So suffice it to say; I ain't screwing you so don't try to screw me. Got it? Peace
