1997 Ford F-150 Extended Cab 4X4 I recently purchased this truck because I needed something to haul things around. It worked well, ran well, no issues until about a week ago when the clutch went out. Engine still starts fine, runs strong, but obviously it doesn't drive without a clutch. I am not mechanically inclined and I don't want to pay a shop to repair a truck I only use rarely, so my loss is your gain. Fix it or get it fixed, either way it should be a good deal. The Good: Fairly new tires (80+ percent tread) New spark plugs and wires Tool box Heavy duty grill guard (see pictures) 4" lift Aftermarket exhaust Does not use any oil that I have noticed Wired to pull trailer Starts first time every time The ok: 199,500 miles Few stains on upholstry, but no big rips or tears Ceiling lining replaced with camo Brake warning lights come on (brakes work ok though) The bad: Clutch is out Has an occasional miss at low rpm A/C doesn't work Few dents, dings, 3rd door doesn't work Cruise doesn't work Kelley Blue Book private party value in FAIR condition is over $3800.
