This mid-size sedan is in very good condition overall and was clearly well cared for by the previous owner. It is a smooth, comfortable car that is relaxing to drive on the highway or around town. This car is a dealer trade-in from one of the local Buick dealerships. As you can see in the pictures, the white exterior of this car is in good condition. It has only a few of the usual blemishes that come from normal use and age. The alloy wheels look good and have a full set of center caps. The tires are a matching set of BF Goodrich radials with deep tread. It is a good sign to see a matched set of name brand tires on a car like this, it shows that someone cared for the car enough to spend the money on good tires. All the lights and glass are in good condition. The interior is in excellent condition. This Buick is finished in a red-burgundy colour that compliments the white exterior nicely. The flash makes it look like a brighter red than it appears in person. The seats are clean, comfortable, and free of holes. These are very nice plush seats, excellent for long drives. The carpets and headliner look very nice. The dash and doorpanels are crack-free. The power windows, locks, and mirrors work properly. The A/C does not blow cold. It holds good Freon pressure and the compressor turns by hand, so it appears to be a sensor or relay issue. The heater and fans work well. The factory ‘Concert Sound II’ stereo has very good sound quality. There is no cigarette smell. This car drives quite well. The 3800 series V6 engines are one of the best that Buick made. They make good power, are smooth, and have simple, inexpensive maintenance. This engine in this Regal is no exception. It fires up easily, and gets down the road well. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is easy and straight. The Dynaride suspension soaks up bumps and rides like a classic luxury car. The ABS brakes stop well. There are no check engine lights. This Regal has a current PA annual safety inspection good through the end of July, 2014. A well-kept Buick makes an excellent used car. They were well built when new, the average Buick buyer takes good care of their car, and they have a subtle luxury without the gimmicky, expensive options of a Cadillac or Lincoln. We try to eliminate as much risk as possible for our buyers but cannot offer reconditioned, warrantied vehicles for sale with No Reserve. We are happy to answer any questions from prospective buyers regarding our business or specific vehicles listed for sale and aim to make buying from us as trouble free as possible.
Bidding:
Please read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. If you have any questions or concerns that have not been addressed within our listing, feel free to send us an email so that we may address your specific question before placing your bid. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable with what you're bidding on.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Non-paying bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. This is not a game. Selling vehicles on eBay with NO RESERVE is very risky...which is why very few sellers do it. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time allowed by our Terms & Conditions, your account will be reported to eBay for possible suspension and you will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
