Vehicle Detail

1951 Chevy Fleetline 2 Door Sedan Due to personal reasons, I have had to list our 1951 Chevy Fleetline. Please look over the pictures and PLEASE take note that this car is ready to drive ANYWHERE as far as I know. By saying that I would not be afraid to drive the car anywhere. The car runs and drives VERY nice. This is a car that was restored MANY years ago. Some of the pictures hide some of the flaws in the paint. It shines really nice but on close inspection it does has flaws! The interior is also very nice, clean and rock solid but needs a headliner and some minor restoration things done. The trunk is very clean and very solid and needs nothing. Under the hood is the same. It has a very nice, old school look to it. Mechanics on this car are VERY good. The exhaust sounds awesome. It's NOT too loud but not too soft. A very nice little rumble. Brakes are good. Motor (350) and transmission (Turbo 350) are excellant. The wheels are new. Tires are good. Only gauge that does not work is the gas gauge. The car has custom fender skirts added and is a very cool look, in my opinion. If you do not like them, just remove them. The car's body was not modified to make them work. Tail lights were frenched in and '59 cadilac style lights were added. Hood was smoothed out, door handles shaved and the car has had a lot of little custom touches done to it over the years. Like I stated before take a close look at the pictures this car has a lot of attitude and a very cool stance. As I stated, this car still needs some COSMETIC things done to be even nicer. #1 needs a headliner put in #2 needs the two door glasses put in #3 needs the gas gauge hooked up #4 could use two new shocks in the rear they have been leaking and ratlle a little if you hit a big pot hole. Honestly that is about it. As far as the car being an everyday driver, you could go on depending on how nice or how show worthy you want to make the car. I took it to The Good GUYS Event in Des Moines last week end and had a BLAST. And yes it may not win any trophies at Good Guys but I am pretty sure you won't have $80,000 in this car like the 1st place winner did. Thanks for looking and remember this is a NO RESERVE auction. This is how we list EVERY vehicle we sell on Ebay. It shows you we are serious about selling a car and not just fishing like most others. Thanks again and good luck.
