Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Chevrolet Astro LT. The Chevy Astro is one of the most durable and reliable vans available. It is common to see them with 300k miles running great. Their simple, old school construction makes them easy and inexpensive to maintain. I would rate the exterior of this Astro to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this van. As you can see, this is a great looking van. It is finished in two tone blue over tan with matching tan leather interior. The paint shines nicely and shows well. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find small scuff marks, scratches and other imperfections associated with age and mileage. The only visible rust I could see on the body was along the rocker between the molding and running board. It is difficult to see unless you're looking for it...and is considered normal as these vans age. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The rear glass is privacy tinted which looks great and helps to keep the interior cool. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition all around and show well. The tires have average tread. Overall, this is a great looking van. I would rate the interior of this van to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are tight. The carpets show some stains as you'd expect for the age and mileage of this van...but are not excessively worn or abused. A full set of protective rubber mats are included. The drivers seat shows minor wear, which is normal for the age of this van. The other seats show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner show well. There are cup holders and little storage areas throughout the interior. The stereo is original and sounds great. It has a radio, cassette and CD player up front. The tuning and volume knobs are missing...which is normal. The radio can still be properly operated without them. There are rear controls for the audio system as well as headphone jacks. The climate control system appears to be fully functional and offers rear heating and air conditioning to keep the whole van comfortable. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Access to the rear is super easy and through the combo lift gate and half barn doors...which is way better than the straight barn doors. The lift gate is perfect for groceries and small items while also offering protection from the elements...which is fantastic because nobody likes to get soaked while loading their groceries. Mechanically, this van appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L Vortec V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The 4.3L V6 is literally 3/4 of the 5.7L V8 that has been a staple engine to GM for decades...which is why they are so reliable. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this van with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. Out on the roads, she feels solid and confident. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on during my time spent driving this van. The engine makes good power and accellerates easily. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This van is a fresh NEW CAR TRADE from Hoffman Ford in Harrisburg, PA and has had the same owner since it had 19k miles on it in 2002. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Chevrolet Astro LT. The Chevy Astro is one of the most durable and reliable vans available. It is common to see them with 300k miles running great. Their simple, old school construction makes them easy and inexpensive to maintain. I would rate the exterior of this Astro to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this van. As you can see, this is a great looking van. It is finished in two tone blue over tan with matching tan leather interior. The paint shines nicely and shows well. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find small scuff marks, scratches and other imperfections associated with age and mileage. The only visible rust I could see on the body was along the rocker between the molding and running board. It is difficult to see unless you're looking for it...and is considered normal as these vans age. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The rear glass is privacy tinted which looks great and helps to keep the interior cool. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition all around and show well. The tires have average tread. Overall, this is a great looking van.
I would rate the interior of this van to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are tight. The carpets show some stains as you'd expect for the age and mileage of this van...but are not excessively worn or abused. A full set of protective rubber mats are included. The drivers seat shows minor wear, which is normal for the age of this van. The other seats show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner show well. There are cup holders and little storage areas throughout the interior. The stereo is original and sounds great. It has a radio, cassette and CD player up front. The tuning and volume knobs are missing...which is normal. The radio can still be properly operated without them. There are rear controls for the audio system as well as headphone jacks. The climate control system appears to be fully functional and offers rear heating and air conditioning to keep the whole van comfortable. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Access to the rear is super easy and through the combo lift gate and half barn doors...which is way better than the straight barn doors. The lift gate is perfect for groceries and small items while also offering protection from the elements...which is fantastic because nobody likes to get soaked while loading their groceries.
Mechanically, this van appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L Vortec V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The 4.3L V6 is literally 3/4 of the 5.7L V8 that has been a staple engine to GM for decades...which is why they are so reliable. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this van with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. Out on the roads, she feels solid and confident. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on during my time spent driving this van. The engine makes good power and accellerates easily. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This van is a fresh NEW CAR TRADE from Hoffman Ford in Harrisburg, PA and has had the same owner since it had 19k miles on it in 2002. It has a PA safety and emissions inspection good through April of 2014 so she is ready to go. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Non-paying bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. This is not a game. Selling vehicles on eBay with NO RESERVE is very risky...which is why very few sellers do it. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time allowed by our Terms & Conditions, your account will be reported to eBay for possible suspension and you will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
