Vehicle Detail

This is a very complete car, most of hard work done, needs finished. Frame off cleaned deburred and painted Chevy chassis black, 73 Camaro front end complete and done with disc brakes, ford 9inch posi rear with highway gear (3:26 ratio if my memory is correct) super nice 4 link set up with coil overs, engine is a very mildly built 454 with 700r4 trans, I was building this car to run across the desert in the heat, my plan was to use it back and forth to car events in AZ, CA and LV. Aluminun radiator with electric fans, in this heat is a must. We spent loads of time and money to stance the car correctly, set up the steering (which is perfect)-brakes are awesome, motor is super nice and reliable. This car was being built to cruise and be reliable, not at all a drag racer but it could be if you want to go that route. It does run, start, drive and stop but has not been wired correctly yet. I am selling as a car that needs to be finished, not a car that I am finishing for you. In place is a new harness and it is ready to be finished. (have it wired to a toggle and push button to start it when we move it around) New gas tank is also installed. Paint and body work is super nice, we did not do any body work on the car, it was in primmer when I bought it back in 2007. Paint is a really nice flat light gray with gloss finish, it looks sharp and with complete trim it should really stand out as a sleeper/cruiser car. The front seat was mussing when we bought it, it cost me $900 for an original one in horrible condition but I bought it anyway! door panels, rear seats etc should be recovered now, have headliner, have brand new windshield in the box, all other glass og to car and in good shape, taillights and headlights plus loads of parts that are original to the car, no radio as it was already missing. Im sure to be missing a bunch of things, feel free to email questions and I will get back to you asap. Depending on the level of finish you desire this car could be on the road even in a weekend. Forgot to take pictures of the bumpers, have them both. Thank you As you already know because you are looking at this car, it takes a lot of money and time to get a car this far along. Tri 5 Chevys are one of a kind, better than any Ford, Mopar, Dodge., Chevy. When restored as a hotrod, resto-mod, custom or original car these cars bring the kind of money that I can not afford to pay. I started with this one years ago slightly over my level of budget and have slowly brought it along as a car that would be super reliable, fun, dependable and affordable. We are not asking for a stupid price based on "what it could be worth" . We want someone to have it that will take it to the next level and enjoy it.
