Unique 1973 Mustang Convertible. 351 Cleveland. A very nice guy from Canada with a vehicle 6 VIN numbers from mine informed me that the paint is unique. I believe it was painted for Jack Loftus Ford in Chicago but I cannot confirm. You can check the paint from the VIN number. Fun summer car. Turns heads, but far from perfect. This car is definitely a 12 footer, ie. looks great at 12 feet. Good points: Runs well, new carburetor and battery, tires are in good shape, top is in decent condition, has CD player sounds awesome, has trunk liner kit, replaced leaf springs a few years ago. Here are the negatives: Paint has some cracking when you look up close, drivers door sags and drivers seat has a lean to it. Slight rust in driver door jam. Slight scratches on windshield from wipers being turned on without blades, grab handle on driver's side door panel needs replacing. The floor boards are aluminum, but I have steel ones that go with it. I have a replacement wooden steering wheel on it, but I have the original that needs some work. I have always garaged the car since I bought it in 2002. Not real sure about rust on bottom because I have not seen it up on a rack. I just got married and we are planning on having a kid. I have not used the care much for the last few years. Time for someone else to have fun with it. There is also a typo in tha, the CAR, in that the exhaust (which is a dual exhaust) make sthe care sound awesome. The stereo sounds ok...the CD player is good, speakers are old.
