1975 CB400F Super Sport Up for auction is a slick little CB400F built as street tracker. Can easily be converted to a café bike with a simple handlebar swap to a set of clubmans. This bike was built by the guys at Ardcore Choppers for the owners son as his first street bike. He recently graduated high school and got a KZ1000 for a graduation present so the little 400 just sits. This is way to cool of a bike to just sit around. Just over 1,100 miles ridden since being built. Follows is what was done when the bike was built: Frame/Brackets etc. blasted and powder coated gloss black. New tapered stem bearings and new swingarm bushings. Carbs rebuilt/rejetted. Chrome 4-1 header. Custom tail section. Led mini headlight with custom VLX600 taillight. Custom side mount plate Plug in type kill switch Mini speedo Newer tires All new cables/bars/ grips/ mirror etc. Custom paint (Candy Cobalt Blue with Black Graphics). Called “Lil Hooligan”. Name is mirrored on left side (no the photo is not flipped) Why? To make people ask! We even have a spare engine that can go along with it upon request. In addition we do have the front caliper and rotor to reinstall the front brake. The bike starts and runs out fine. Surprises many a guy on 550/650’s as to just how quick these little 400’s are. This bike has been well taken care of but it has been ridden. There are no major dents/scratches etc in the paint. Black on engine could use some touching up in places but overall still a show winner at most places as it has done time and time again. It does have an electric starter but the solenoid needs replaced. We ran it kickstart only and never worried about the electric aspect.
