2009 G37S SportWe can offer a 3 year/36k mile powertrain warranty for $1500!This car is fast, fun, and great on gas mileage! (~25mpg)It is equipped with a 3.7 liter V6 engine and a 6 speed Manual transmission.It has heated leather seats that are power and comfortable. It has bose sound (premium), a 6 cd changer, Aux input, iPhone/iPod input.Steering wheel controls for cruise, phone, and audio!Power Sunroof 19" sport Infiniti Rays (they have curb rash, we recommend powder coating black ~$400.00) Runs and drives great!! It is a 1 owner vehicle. No accidents (have car fax available). Just turned 90k miles. FLAWS: hence the LOW starting price with No RESERVE!! (bear in mind in terms of pricing!) These Flaws all are fairly minor issues.1) High highway mileage and accompanying road chips on the front bumper. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes Winning Bidder will receive a temporary operating registration good for 30 days from date of purchase. Texas buyers are also responsible for Sales tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
