This beautiful motorcycle only has 10,000 miles and is just breaking in. Electronic cruise, heated grips and seats, factory stereo and an additional alpine 6 disc changer. New Michelin pilot III tires, fresh service, ready to go. Babied, half the miles in last year. An outstanding example of one of BMW's finest cruiser/touring bikes. The bike is for sale in order to facilitate my change from 2 wheels to 3, as my wife has decided a trike suits her better. This the most recent of my BMW riding career, and I am having to make the change to a Honda for this. I am sad to see the bike go, but know this will bring the next owner many miles and hours of enjoyment, with all the benefits of a well thought out platform. The bike has never been down, or in any wreck of any kind. The paint and chrome is all in excellent condition. Tires are new Pilot III's with less than 500 miles on them. Recent oil change. K & N Air filter. All factory options are working as new, including the radio, CD player, and all other items. Has an aftermarket alarm with motion sensor and ignition cutoff. All lights and signals work properly, drive train is in excellent shape (as you would expect on a BMW R bike with only 10k miles) As stated, I have added a trike to my stable and felt I should probably let this go to someone who will love and use her as she was built to be used. I do not have to sell her, but as AT&T were supposedly down during the last hours of the auction I will relist her. The reserve was not quite met Monday night, and is definitely low enough to make this beautiful machine a real bargain for the winning bidder.
