Vehicle Detail

This bike is licensed as a 1968 ct200, it has a California license plate # 14U0701. It is a KO model of Hondas trail 90. This is a push rod motor, a early motor for trail 90s later K1 models are overhead cam motorsIn the Honda specs. I included below it states that,1968 trail 90s are K1 models. the vin # puts it manufactured before the change over to the K1 model but. the California certificate of title makes it a 1968 KO model trail 90 so I am selling it as a 1968 KO model trail 90.last licensed in 1999. I did not relicense itshe is a good original survivor that needs a good homewith a recent carb cleaning and a new batterynew chain with two master links and a short chain for use with larger sprocket (Stored in the left side cover)new headlight bulb but when I changed the bulb I noticed that the indicator lite hardness isn't thereso the indicator lights don't work but headlight doesshe has a good shine and she ready to go 1967 - Trail 90 'K0 1967 The 1967 Honda CT90 'K0, continued the use of model designations that started with the letter 'K", followed by a number. The 'K0 was manufactured in 1966, 1967 and 1968. And even though there were some major changes, the model designation of 'K0 remained in all those years. The early version of the 1967, CT90 'K0's was essentially the same as the 1966, CT90 'K0. However, about half way through 1967, starting with Serial on VIN number CT90-122551, a major improvement to the CT90 'K0 was the addition of the Dual Range Sub Transmission. This was an easier way to get a low range gearing for climbing hills. Instead of having to move the large rear overlay sprocket to bolt onto the regular rear drive chain sprocket, and adding a drive chain extra segment, the rider simply needed to come to a stop, get into neutral gear, flip a mechanical lever, then take off again.
