My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 BMW 328iC. The BMW 3-Series is one of the most awarded lines of vehicles in history. I would rate the exterior of this 328iC to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in Moreagrun metallic which shows well overall. There are a few spots on the hood and fender tops where oxidation is visible. There are also a few small rust bubbles starting to show up where the top attaches which is common. Otherwise, there really isn't much to complain about for an older vehicle. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The convertible top is most likely original. While not the best one I've seen, it doesn't appear to leak. The original alloy wheels have been upgraded to Mille Miglia's which are wrapped in a set of rubber with good tread. I would rate the interior of this BMW to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mielage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. There is visible wear to the outside of the drivers seat which is common. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be in good working condition. The stereo is original and appears to be working properly. The climate control is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. The convertible top does not want to release from the back. I don't know much about convertible tops but most of them aren't too complicated. You can hear it try...but the rear of the top does not release from the boot cover. The dash is clean. The wood accents show well throughout the interior. It has full leather interior which was optional. Mechanically, this 328iC appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six starts easily and runs smoothly. I noticed some oil under where I have it parked so I'll say it has an oil leak. The most likely source is the oil pan gasket or plug...the engine does not smoke. Out on the road, she drives pretty well for an older vehicle. The suspension feels good. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this BMW with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The airbag light stays on. Otherwise, there are no warning lights on. Out on the highway, she cruises easily. The engine makes good power and accelleration comes smoothly. She cruises nice and straight with no complaints. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. I've spent a few days driving this BMW and she feels nice and confident on the road. It has a current PA safety and emissions inspection through July of this year. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 BMW 328iC. The BMW 3-Series is one of the most awarded lines of vehicles in history. I would rate the exterior of this 328iC to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking car. It is finished in Moreagrun metallic which shows well overall. There are a few spots on the hood and fender tops where oxidation is visible. There are also a few small rust bubbles starting to show up where the top attaches which is common. Otherwise, there really isn't much to complain about for an older vehicle. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The convertible top is most likely original. While not the best one I've seen, it doesn't appear to leak. The original alloy wheels have been upgraded to Mille Miglia's which are wrapped in a set of rubber with good tread.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mielage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. There is visible wear to the outside of the drivers seat which is common. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks and mirrors appear to be in good working condition. The stereo is original and appears to be working properly. The climate control is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. The convertible top does not want to release from the back. I don't know much about convertible tops but most of them aren't too complicated. You can hear it try...but the rear of the top does not release from the boot cover. The dash is clean. The wood accents show well throughout the interior. It has full leather interior which was optional.
Mechanically, this 328iC appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six starts easily and runs smoothly. I noticed some oil under where I have it parked so I'll say it has an oil leak. The most likely source is the oil pan gasket or plug...the engine does not smoke. Out on the road, she drives pretty well for an older vehicle. The suspension feels good. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this BMW with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The airbag light stays on. Otherwise, there are no warning lights on. Out on the highway, she cruises easily. The engine makes good power and accelleration comes smoothly. She cruises nice and straight with no complaints. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. I've spent a few days driving this BMW and she feels nice and confident on the road. It has a current PA safety and emissions inspection through July of this year. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
