Yes, the bike really has 207 miles as shown on it, has been garaged since new, and has never seen anything other than sunny, dry weather. It is in perfect, as new condition, with every available option offered, and includes several excellent and popular additions. The bike retailed new for $17490, and I’ve since added about $1900 in exhaust and accessories. I have the stock removed components (exhaust, bar ends) on hand and they’ll be included for the purchaser, along with a set of front & rear work stands I’ve been using to store it. The bike has the remainder of its 3-year/36ooo-mile warrantee and roadside assistance plan remaining. A 41-year old naval officer, pilot and experienced rider, I bought the bike last fall expecting to enjoy it this summer and in future years at an expected job in a beautiful riding locale stateside. Instead, I’ve since learned that Uncle Sam is assigning me overseas yet again. One of several bikes I own, I can’t take this one with me and won’t store it in a warehouse for years being unused. Once I found out I wouldn’t be able to keep it, I stopped riding it in order to preserve it’s condition and mileage for its next owner. My bad fortune can be your good! Already arguably the most technologically advanced, best handling, and most powerful yet easiest to employ production superbike available from 2010-2011, in 2012 the bike’s performance was significantly improved, and this is one of that model year. I do have an outstanding loan on the bike with BMW Motor Financing, but can get the title to the winning bidder quickly once the funds are cleared by the lienholder. My local dealer where I purchased it can even assist with the payoff process for buyer piece-of-mind if so desired. Additionally, the bike is titled in Florida, and as an electronic title state, title release is faster than in many states. The winning bidder must pay a $500 deposit via Paypal within two days of auction completion, with the balance due within ten days of auction completion. Payment must be by certified funds (i.e. cashiers check or bank check) or by wire transfer to my bank. I can help arrange shipping to any US location at winning bidder expense (approx. $600-$800 last I checked, depending on location), or you can come and get it.
