My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the listing BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1994 GMC Jimmy SLT 4x4. I would rate the exterior of this Jimmy to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. It photographs very well but could use a good cleaning to look her best. There are a few small spots of surface rust on the front fenders which is normal with age. Otherwise, the exterior is in good condition and will clean up very well. The only thing we do to "prep" our cars is a simple hand wash before pictures are taken. A little compound and a new coat of wax would be well worth the effort, in my opinion. The doors and hood all open and close properly and easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The rear windows are tinted for privacy and give this truck a nice look. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice, matching set of rubber which look to be nearly new. I would rate the interior of this Jimmy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The dash is clean...not faded or cracked. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The cloth seats are clean and comfortable, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This Jimmy comes with a full set of books as well as two sets of keys and two remotes to the factory keyless entry system...which still works properly. The radio is original and sounds good. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The a/c compressor kicks on but then turns off/on/off/on, ect. which is a sign of a low charge in the system. A quick charge should get the a/c working again from what I can see. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work (the rear windows are slow...which is normal as these trucks age). Mechanically, this Jimmy appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It sometimes idles a little high when it's cold but idles normally when it's warm. The suspension feels very tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no problems. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. Out on the road, she drives pretty well for an older truck. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts well for an older truck. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. She cruises well at highway speeds with no complaints. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the listing BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1994 GMC Jimmy SLT 4x4. I would rate the exterior of this Jimmy to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. It photographs very well but could use a good cleaning to look her best. There are a few small spots of surface rust on the front fenders which is normal with age. Otherwise, the exterior is in good condition and will clean up very well. The only thing we do to "prep" our cars is a simple hand wash before pictures are taken. A little compound and a new coat of wax would be well worth the effort, in my opinion. The doors and hood all open and close properly and easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The rear windows are tinted for privacy and give this truck a nice look. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice, matching set of rubber which look to be nearly new.
I would rate the interior of this Jimmy to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The dash is clean...not faded or cracked. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The cloth seats are clean and comfortable, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This Jimmy comes with a full set of books as well as two sets of keys and two remotes to the factory keyless entry system...which still works properly. The radio is original and sounds good. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The a/c compressor kicks on but then turns off/on/off/on, ect. which is a sign of a low charge in the system. A quick charge should get the a/c working again from what I can see. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work (the rear windows are slow...which is normal as these trucks age).
Mechanically, this Jimmy appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It sometimes idles a little high when it's cold but idles normally when it's warm. The suspension feels very tight. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no problems. The engine keeps perfect temperature and good oil pressure at all times. Out on the road, she drives pretty well for an older truck. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts well for an older truck. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. She cruises well at highway speeds with no complaints. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
