This Jeep has been a pet project for 15 years and it is nearly finished. With a new job and new hobbies, I don't have time to finish the last little bit and it'd be a shame to let it rust. This Jeep is a solid project foundation. I've done all the heavy lifting and I would be excited to give it to someone eager to put on the finishing touches. This is a complete frame-off reconstruction:- Rebuilt original AMC 304 - V8 engine- Rebuilt original T3 transmission- Body rust was cut out with new metal welded in- Body tub was Rhino-lined with fitted rubber liners in cab- All new wiring and fuse box- All new gas lines with new plastic gas tank- New windshield- New Rancho shocks- New solid rear axles- Polyurethane bushings with one-and-a-half inch body lift- Dual Flomaster exhaust with headers- Custom aluminum dash with 6 silver-faced Auto Meter gauges - Custom lockable center console with Panasonic CD player, lockable wheel well storage with Infinity 6x9 speakers and Memphis Audio speakers in dash- Marine heater - New padded dash and new extended-style fender flares included, but not installed ($300 plus in parts)- Full set of soft top and doors, though worn Things that still need to be done:- The seats are getting pretty worn- The steering parts are a little loose, ball joints should be replaced and steering stabilizer added- A rattle sound in the rear end when the Jeep is coasting needs to be investigated- Speedometer and other gauges need to be hooked up- Body and paint work
