You are bidding on a 2000 SECMA Scootcar. This is a neat little vehicle. It has two seats with seat belts. headlights, taillights, blinkers, horn, windshield wiper..... they all work. Scootcar even has a CB with antenna and speaker, as well as a 12 volt plug. Electric start and runs on gas. Starts up everytime. This would be great on wide open property. I;ve had it up to 35 MPH. I also have a box of extra parts and extra tires and rims that i will include. Scootcar comes with a bill of sale only. any questions, pllease let me know.
