HERE IT IS!! If you have been waiting around for that "deal" on an S4 like I have, this is it! Seriously. I've ALWAYS loved these cars, but they are MIA thru my sources. And I rarely see them on Ebay. When and IF I actually see one, the thing is smoking or barely running. Not this car. Runs PERFECT. I swear on my excellent feedback....you will think this car has HALF it's mileage when you put your eyes on it...let alone drive it. Twin turbo. 6 speed manual. Fun pedal on the right side. This thing is no joke. AND...I filled it up and got 26 MPG running around. Easily a 25-30+ MPG car. I think silver and the Audi Blue are the only ways to own this car. Sure Black looks good, but I never took it as an Audi thing. BMW, sure. But Silver belongs on this car. Observe for yourself. Hood seems to have been repainted at one point. Not the accident repaint but the rock chip kind. This time in it's life, it also has many rockchips mostly localized around the grill area tho, as the top looks great! Headlights and drving lights operate perfectly. The lower left driving lens is cracked, tho. Very recent General brand tires ride on decent rims. No vibrations here. Smooth at any speeds. But yes, there is a bit of rash on the passenger side wheels. Easily touched up or redone if desired. I'd just drive it! Tires hook great on wet or dry pavement and I'd imagine with it's factory Quattro, winter is no problem either. Unseen are the factory big brakes with crossdrilled rotors and red (4 piston?) calipers. The car will honestly stop on the perverbial dime. The driver's side for the most part is ding free. The entire car, I can count on one hand how many dings. No major dents. No visible rust. I'm no bodyman, but I can't see any signs of major repairs or repaints. When you get here to pick up your new ride, and I told you 90k on this car, your brain won't hesitate to agree with your eyes. Rear bumper cover should be smoked by this time in it's life. Should be. But it barely has a scratch. No grocery bag scratches. No shopping cart chunks gone. Nice. Below you can see the Borla tips. This is an aftermarket cat-back system. Retails for around $800. It's stainless steel and will outlast the car. Figure about $11-1200 installed. But it's included! Sounds great by the way....not too loud but very nice sound. Factory cats are still intact...and no. They aren't doing the typical Audi rattle! Windows have a mild matching tint...about 35% from my estimations. Easy to view thru even at night. Below are the 2 only obvious ding areas. The left side is a ding. Right side seems like a ding around the door handle. I only caught it as I crouched down to shoot the ding to the left. Handle and door operate as it should. Above and below....pretty much the biggest eyesore on the car is this area. 2 repairable cracks. No holes or chunks missing. Some scuffs. Proper repair dictates removal and complete bumper cover repaint anyway. Fix the cracks too. Done. Or....just leave it and drive!! Open the door....(inhale.....) you can SMELL the Audi leather!! You know what I'm talking about too. If not, you will be reminded when you hop in! I hate smoke and I see no leftovers of a former smoker. Nothing. I'd give the interior an easy 8+ out of 10. Points taken away solely for the wear and tear on the driver's seat. NOT the bolster, but the stitched area (below) has pulled apart. Otherwise....90k visual. Steering wheel is barely worn. Shifter is great. Leather isn't even cracked in any major way. Dash is nice and warp free. Woodgrain and plastic trim, excellent. The only thing that gives it's age away is the little 3inch heal worn area on the clutch side carpet floor. Didn't even notice it, did ya? I disclose everything! Just like you were standing here with me. Sorry for the blurr above. I was trying to catch the "OK" with all the lights out. Only a few typical center screen pixel lines are out, but you can still read it. You can see ALL the dummy lights illuminate upon startup below with only the AIR BAG light staying on during run. Sorry, I have no clue what this is as I don't have any way to tell. Common, tho as I rarely see ANY Audi of this era with it off. Yes....the Check Engine light is NOT on. No worries! Sorry, no factory S4 floormats, but I found a decent rubber set that is now yours. Factory Audi/Bose system is still intact. AM/FM/Tape/CD/Changer controller. But a keen eye will notice the nice 2 channel Kicker amplifier and the custom built sub box neatly hung under there rear deck to save trunk space. It looks to be about a cubic foot of airspace or so (I used to build and install systems) So I would guess a pair of 10s or a single 12 inch subwoofer(they fire up so I can't see them). Nothing crazy but wait til you hear the sound!! Awesome. Oh and..... ...along with the X-over 2 channel amp, comes the "Phatbox" Digital Media Player!!! Yesssss....this is controlled entirely up front thru the factory CD Changer portal. What is it?? Let's call it an iPod before it's time. You basically load up genres/playlist/etc into this cartridge via computer and plug it into the pod below. I'll explain during your pickup run but you get tons of free roadtrip music of all kinds. And to value this system and installation, most likely $1500 give or take a few bucks. If you are tallying, that's $1500 for the system, $1200 for the exhaust. Probably $600 installed for the tires. Worth my NO RESERVE price, yet?? No?! Keep reading...note the full sized S4 only spare is included. Nice enough to swap back onto the car in place of a lesser wheel. Below you can see the ENTIRE compliment of factory issued manuals are included. Not enough?? How about the ORIGINAL $41,000 window sticker! One factory switchblade key is included but will need a new battery. Everything power works as it should: power windows, twin power HEATED seating, ICE COLD AC, power moonroof, cruise, digital climate control, power mirrors (driver's has the typical Audi reflection fading), Emergency First Aid kit intact, even the cupholder works perfectly!! Let's face it..IF you found an S4 lately, the price probably kept you away. This car is NO RESERVE!! It's time to stop waiting and start buying. The car drives beautifully straight. No unusual pulling or wandering. No suspension noises, popping or squeaking. Quattro is noise free. Transmission is flawless. No grinding. No syncro issues. Clutch grabs beyond a stocker and puts the power to the wheels. Under the hood you will find the beast within...the 2.7 V6 BiTurbo....Audi Style! I'd replace the spark plugs, just so you know when it was done. The hood will need a new shock. As you may have noticed, there is an aftermarket K&N intake, not just the filter. I've cleaned it and re-oiled it as well. These usually run at least $300 plus installation. Basically you can value the add-ons for what you will potentially be paying for the car. I'd personally do all the mods to this car anyway. Saves you money in the long run. I can't vouch for sure, but I'd have to wonder if the ECU has been updated as well. This car pulls to it's redline in EVERY gear and doesn't let go. No falling off. No lag. Throttle response is NOW. Turbos spool up NOW. Every gear feels like 1st gear. There HAS to be a "shorty" style shifter as they are so precise. Add another $200 plus install for that. The clutch...perfect. Stiff, yet it grabs with ZERO slippage. MUST be an aftermarket as well. There is an oil change tag in the window. Next change is 5000miles later. This indicates FULL SYNTHETIC oil changes. Must be, as this turbo system shows it. Pull the dipstick and the oil is clear as it came from the bottle. Note the coolant. Perfect pink. No headgasket problems here! The timing belt cover has a gap allowing me to nose inside and note the timing belt. Not new, but definitely not old. No cracking. Can read the labels. I'd say no more than 30-40k old. So it's not time for a timing belt either. Proper maintenance gets you reliable high miles. Period. This car SPEWS proper servicing. Brakes: recent and will throw you thru the dash. Clutch: perfect. Engine: fires right up, no noises. Smooth as a sewing machine. ONLY one complaint, teeny tiny oil leak that I can't pinpoint 100%. Audi uses these Cam Plugs on the rear on the heads of the V6ers that tend to dry out and leak. There are 2 on this car and they are $13 a piece. I reached back and rubbed the area and got a bit of greasy oil on my finger yet the thing doesn't drop anything on the floor! Nothing overnight. But you will catch a drip on the passenger exhaust manifold randomly. Valvecover gaskets look clean, so I blame the cam plugs. Start there. NO RESERVE, remember?? Inspect my excellent feedbacks. I have personally logged over 600 miles on this car without a hitch. BID, BUY, and DRIVE ANYWHERE with 100% CONFIDENCE! There are no qwirks or gimmicks to this car. Get in and drive. If it doesn't sell, this car will be my new personal driver. I love it, but can't fall in love with everything I sell. That's YOUR job!! GOOD LUCK!!
