Vehicle Detail

First Time Offered on E-Bay! One of the nicest 1971 Chevy Nova SS's you'll find anywhere. This is a real factory SS car that was manufactured on February 2, 1971 and originally equipped with a 350 small block and an automatic floor shifted transmission. This car now has a 396 big block and a Muncie 4 speed transmission. If Chevy would have built an L78 equipped Nova in 1971, I believe this to be very close to what it would have looked like. This car is a very close creation to the Nova L78 version that Chevy last offered in 1970. No expense was spared in this creation. Everything is literally new or has been refurbished. This car was completed in 2007 and has competed in many shows since. It is a multiple trophy winner. I have started another project so I have decided to let this one go. Here are the details: Heavily Optioned Car Tilt Steering Bucket Seats Original Seat Belt Keepers on each side of Front Seats Console Deluxe Interior Package Power Steering Power Front Disc Brakes Body 9 out of 10 A few minor flaws and rock chips in the beautiful cranberry red base/clear hue Rust Free Laser Straight panels Underside is rust free, but needs a good cleaning and respray, due to driving on the street and sitting for long periods in the garage over the years. New Reproduction front and rear bumpers New reproduction hood louvers All new weatherstrip and seals Original Headlight bezels, grill and rear SS trunk trim. All are in good condition. Interior Original back seat, seat belts, dash and glass. All are very nice and nearly perfect. New carpet, headliner, visors, package tray, door panels, front seat covers, sill plates and rearview mirror Early 70's era Sun Blue Line Super Tach - works perfectly Summit Racing Temp and Oil Pressure gauge cluster mounted under dash. Both work perfectly. Original in dash idiot light for voltage works Factory AM radio-doesn't work Factory Fuel Guage-doesn't work; believed to need a new tank sending unit - stuck on full Factory Speedometer works great, but makes light noise. Not sure if it's the cable or the head unit. This is my car and I have owned it since 2005. I have either performed the work on this car myself or have overseen others in the process. I've been around cars my entire life and have actively been involved in the hobby since around 1983. I know a nice car when I see one and this is one of them. The pictures speak for the quality of this car. You won't be dissappointed! This car will be sold in as is condition and no warranties are given or implied. If you choose to have the car transported, I will assist by seeing that it is loaded onto your transport companies vehicle. Thanks for Looking!
