My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. It is my pleasure to offer this very rare Lincoln LS for a NO RESERVE auction. The Lincoln LS was a radical departure for the brand and was aimed directly at the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class automobiles. For the first three years of the Lincoln LS, it was offered with an available Getrag 221 manual transmission in very limited numbers. I believe the total amount of LS's produced with manual transmissions is just over 2000 units for all three years it was offered, which makes this a very rare and desirable automobile. I would rate the exterior condition of this Lincoln LS to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a gorgeous LS. It is finished in black on black. The paint shines like glass and has a deep luster. Additionally, this LS has the sport package which deletes most of the standard chrome trim in favor of body colored trim and adds the five spoke 17" sport alloy wheels. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find some signs of daily use such as small scratches, chips and blemishes in the finish. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The 17" sport alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of high performance tires. The tires are worn evenly but are nearing the end of their life and should be replaced soon. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Lincoln LS to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this rare LS. The door panels are clean and tight. The center arm rest shows a slight bit of wear which is normal. The carpets show well throughout the cabin. The leather seats are in great condition and also show well. The dash, headliner and rear deck are clean. The trunk is spacious, clean and contains a full set of mats as well as the original front license plate frame from new. The front right window will need a new regulator...the other three work fine. The power seats, mirrors and locks also work properly. The original remote entry system also works properly. The stereo is the original unit with radio and cassette in the center and a CD changer in the glove box. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too. Mechanically, this LS appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Other than an airbag light, there are no warning lights on. Out on the road, she has excellent manners. The suspension is nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this Lincoln with no issues. The handling is excellent and she drives with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. The engine makes good power and keeps proper temperature. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the Getrag manual transmission are smooth and easy...like it should be. With just 94k miles on the clock, this is an opportunity to own a clean, well cared for example of the most desirable LS ever made. These cars are very uncommon and rarely become available. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
It is my pleasure to offer this very rare Lincoln LS for a NO RESERVE auction. The Lincoln LS was a radical departure for the brand and was aimed directly at the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class automobiles. For the first three years of the Lincoln LS, it was offered with an available Getrag 221 manual transmission in very limited numbers. I believe the total amount of LS's produced with manual transmissions is just over 2000 units for all three years it was offered, which makes this a very rare and desirable automobile. I would rate the exterior condition of this Lincoln LS to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a gorgeous LS. It is finished in black on black. The paint shines like glass and has a deep luster. Additionally, this LS has the sport package which deletes most of the standard chrome trim in favor of body colored trim and adds the five spoke 17" sport alloy wheels. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find some signs of daily use such as small scratches, chips and blemishes in the finish. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The 17" sport alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of high performance tires. The tires are worn evenly but are nearing the end of their life and should be replaced soon. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Lincoln LS to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this rare LS. The door panels are clean and tight. The center arm rest shows a slight bit of wear which is normal. The carpets show well throughout the cabin. The leather seats are in great condition and also show well. The dash, headliner and rear deck are clean. The trunk is spacious, clean and contains a full set of mats as well as the original front license plate frame from new. The front right window will need a new regulator...the other three work fine. The power seats, mirrors and locks also work properly. The original remote entry system also works properly. The stereo is the original unit with radio and cassette in the center and a CD changer in the glove box. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too.
Mechanically, this LS appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Other than an airbag light, there are no warning lights on. Out on the road, she has excellent manners. The suspension is nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this Lincoln with no issues. The handling is excellent and she drives with no issues. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. The engine makes good power and keeps proper temperature. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the Getrag manual transmission are smooth and easy...like it should be. With just 94k miles on the clock, this is an opportunity to own a clean, well cared for example of the most desirable LS ever made. These cars are very uncommon and rarely become available. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
