Vehicle Detail
This car is a great project car. It has all the chrome and most of the glass. The only glass that's broken is the passenger's side window and the rear window on the driver's side (not the rear windshield). The dash is in good shape. It has been in storage for the last 30 years (except the last 6 months). It currently has a very nice custom fit cover that is included with the car and is also under a covered porch. It has the "surround sound" with a rear speaker controlled by a separate switch. I got this car as a gift for my 16th birthday 21 years ago from my grandfather and have never had the time or the money to fix it up. I'm moving and don't have room for it anymore. There are several features that I do not know about it, but if you have specific questions, I can try to find out the answer by looking at the car. I can work through shipping details if that is required. The car is located just outside of Atlanta, GA.On Apr-24-13 at 10:41:32 PDT, seller added the following information: This car is a great project car. It has all the chrome and most of the glass. The trunk is locked and I don't have the key - I've never opened it. I have had the hood open in the last year, but could not get it opened last night. If I can get it open, I will post pics. I will take pics of the underneath of the trunk so show the condition there. The floors are also very solid. Additionally, there is only 1 dent and it's on the top of the driver side fin. Most of the damage is on the chrome, not the body. On Apr-24-13 at 20:02:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I just added some more pics of the interior and the underneath of the trunk. There is also one pic of the only damaged spot on the body (dented chrome on top of the driver fin). I am still having trouble getting the hood open. If I get it open, I'll post pics of the engine. But, the car does not run. It has not run since the late 70's. On Apr-28-13 at 15:14:33 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: I finally got the trunk and hood open. Just uploaded the pics. The trunk is in really good shape. No rusted holes, just a little surface rust in the front left corner. On Apr-28-13 at 16:07:27 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: After opening the hood, I don't think the engine is the original. I think it's a 307, but I'm not 100% sure.
