I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a van the likes of which you're not likely to find again. The Chevrolet Lumina APV was quite a departure from the conventional mini-van of the late 80's. In a decade where Chrysler offered the only FWD van, this launched General Motors into the next decade and set the ground work for basically every mini-van from then on. Vans like the popular Chevy Venture and Pontiac Montana had their beginnings here. That being said, this is possibly the nicest van I've had...ever. I would rate the exterior of this van to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. If you follow my listings, I rarely give the "excellent" rating to anything. As you can see, this van is in incredible condition and is shown exactly as it was traded in. I did absolutely nothing to this van before taking these photos. It was not even washed or vacuum cleaned...that's how clean it is. The gray finish shows to be in nearly perfect condition with very few minor chips from normal use. All of the body panels line up perfectly. I did not see a spec of rust on this vehicle. You could actually lick the rockers if you wanted to! All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The original wheel covers show as new. It has a good set of matching tires with good tread all around. Please take your time and review each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this van to also be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. It's as if this van somehow managed to rack up 200k miles with nobody in it! The door panels are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets show as new throughout the interior. The seats look as if nobody has ever sat in them...ever. There isn't even any wear on the steering wheel or on any of the buttons. The power windows and locks work properly. The stereo is original and works properly. The climate control also appears to be working properly. A full set of owners books are included as well as three sets of keys! To say that this van shows pride in ownership would be the understatement of the year. Mechanically, this van runs and drives as good as it looks. The 3.1L V6 starts easily and runs smoothy and quietly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight all around with minor wear evident in the front bushings. The steering is light and easy. The brakes stop this van with no issues. This van has great road manners. The engine makes good power and there are no warning lights on. She keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives like a dream. This van cruises easily at 75 mph with just a finger on the wheel. It has a current PA safety and emissions inspection. You almost have to see and drive this van to believe it! I would love to shake the hand of the person who last owned this van. This van would easily pass for 50k miles or less. Please bid with confidence. This van should probably be in a museum. Vans like the popular Chevy Venture and Pontiac Montana had their beginnings here. That being said, this is possibly the nicest van I've had...ever. I would rate the exterior of this van to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. If you follow my listings, I rarely give the "excellent" rating to anything. As you can see, this van is in incredible condition and is shown exactly as it was traded in. I did absolutely nothing to this van before taking these photos. It was not even washed or vacuum cleaned...that's how clean it is. The gray finish shows to be in nearly perfect condition with very few minor chips from normal use. All of the body panels line up perfectly. I did not see a spec of rust on this vehicle. You could actually lick the rockers if you wanted to! All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The original wheel covers show as new. It has a good set of matching tires with good tread all around. Please take your time and review each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this van to also be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. It's as if this van somehow managed to rack up 200k miles with nobody in it! The door panels are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets show as new throughout the interior. The seats look as if nobody has ever sat in them...ever. There isn't even any wear on the steering wheel or on any of the buttons. The power windows and locks work properly. The stereo is original and works properly. The climate control also appears to be working properly. A full set of owners books are included as well as three sets of keys! To say that this van shows pride in ownership would be the understatement of the year.
Mechanically, this van runs and drives as good as it looks. The 3.1L V6 starts easily and runs smoothy and quietly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight all around with minor wear evident in the front bushings. The steering is light and easy. The brakes stop this van with no issues. This van has great road manners. The engine makes good power and there are no warning lights on. She keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives like a dream. This van cruises easily at 75 mph with just a finger on the wheel. It has a current PA safety and emissions inspection. You almost have to see and drive this van to believe it! I would love to shake the hand of the person who last owned this van. This van would easily pass for 50k miles or less. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
