I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. This Jeep has the 5.2L V8 engine and automatic transmission. Please read the full description as this Jeep has a few quirks that the new owner should be aware of. If you don’t mind doing a little work or you’re in the market for a donor or to build a trail rig, this would be perfect. The interior of this Jeep is in surprising condition for the age and mileage. The power leather seats are clean, comfortable, and show very little wear and tear. The carpets and headliner have the expected wear. The dash and doors are tight. The stereo and climate control do not work, they don’t appear to get power. The power windows work. The exterior of this Jeep doesn’t look bad from a few feet away. There are no large dents or rust damage. However, when you get close, it looks like this Jeep drove through a field of steel wool bushes every day. There are lots of small scratches all over the exterior. The radial tires have about half tread. The rockers and underbody of this Jeep look good. Mechanically, this Jeep seems to run well, but it will need a few things before it could go back on the road. The engine fires up and runs well. The transmission shifts properly. The exhaust is cut and missing just after the catalytic converter and is quite loud. The front driveshaft is missing, so the Jeep is not currently four wheel drive. An unexpected side effect of a missing front driveshaft in an early Grand Cherokee is that it does not stay put when it is in Park. It will slowly move itself downhill. The suspension appears to be in good order. The brakes are a bit weak, it feels like it is due for a brake job. The ABS light is on. There are no check engine lights. This Jeep has a current PA annual inspection good through the end of August, 2013. This Jeep may not be perfect, but there is still life left in it. The suspension appears to be in good order. The brakes are a bit weak, it feels like it is due for a brake job. The ABS light is on. There are no check engine lights.
This Jeep has a current PA annual inspection good through the end of August, 2013.

We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable with what you're bidding on.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
