They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you can bid with confidence.Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a 99 Saturn SW2 wagon. Don’t let the miles scare you, this wagon runs and drives well. I have put about 250 miles on it this weekend and the worst thing I can say about it is that the carpets are stained and the rear windows don’t work. I have nothing bad to say about how it runs and drives. The Twin Cam Saturns will handle miles well if they are properly maintained, and this one must have been. The gold exterior of this wagon shows well for the age. There are no major blemishes. On close inspection though, you will see the usual small scratches and blemishes that come from normal use and wear. A Saturn’s plastic body panels resist both dents and rust. All the lights and glass are in good shape. The radial tires- Goodyear Eagles up front and Mastercraft in the rear- have deep tread all around. The interior of this SW2 is in very good condition for the miles. The seats are comfortable and free of holes. As you can see in the pictures, the carpets are discoloured, but they are not worn through, nor do they have any foul odors. The dash and door panels are clean and tight. The factory stereo has good sound. The power front windows work as they should, the rears are unresponsive. The air conditioning does not blow cold. The heater and fan, however, work quite well. As I said, mechanically, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the car. It runs and drives like a Saturn with half the miles. The engine makes good power and does not smoke. The transmission shifts smoothly. The ABS brakes and traction control work as they should and stop the car well. The suspension is smooth with no clunking or rattles. The steering is neutral and straight. This car drives well on the highway or around town. A Saturn wagon gives you a lot in a small car: excellent fuel economy, lots of cargo space for a small car, ease of maintenance, and all in a good looking vehicle that is pleasant to drive. The transmission shifts smoothly. The ABS brakes and traction control work as they should and stop the car well. The suspension is smooth with no clunking or rattles. The steering is neutral and straight. This car drives well on the highway or around town.
A Saturn wagon gives you a lot in a small car: excellent fuel economy, lots of cargo space for a small car, ease of maintenance, and all in a good looking vehicle that is pleasant to drive. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. If you have any questions or concerns that have not been addressed within our listing, feel free to send us an email so that we may address your specific question before placing your bid. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable with what you're bidding on.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
