My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is an increasingly hard to find vehicle. The BMW 5 Series wagons have always been very desirable vehicles. Finding one in this condition with low miles is next to impossible. I would rate the exterior of this 528iT to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a gorgeous wagon. It is finished in Sierra Red Metallic (which is an uncommon color) over tan which makes for an amazing contrast for the eyes. The finish on this 528iT shines like glass and looks great from any angle. There are barely any marks on the exterior. The glass and lenses appear to be intact all around. The alloy wheels are in great condition and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Additionally, this BMW comes with a Thule roof rack. It looks as if it's set up for mountain bikes but I'm not an expert on bikes or racks. I would rate the interior of this BMW 528iT to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this BMW. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. This BMW comes with a set of original factory rubber floor mats to protect the carpets from whatever you can throw at them. The dash and headliner show well. The cargo area is spacious and clean. It comes with the original retracting cargo cover as well as the sliding cargo platform...which is very uncommon. The sliding platform works properly and does not squeak or rattle. The leather seats show well throughout the interior. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be in proper working condition. The climate control system is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The stereo is original and sounds great. This BMW comes with a full set of manuals. Also, BOTH cup holders are still working properly...which shows the care that this vehicle was given by her previous owners. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I can feel some age in the front bushings which is common at this age. A new set of bushings can be had right here on eBay for under $250 and take roughly 5 hours to do the complete set. This routine service can be done by any competent shop...it does not require a BMW specialist. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes feel solid and stop this BMW with no issues. Her road manners are great. This BMW is equally at home running errands around town as she is charging down the interstate. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. There was a check engine light on for a vehicle speed sensor. I reset the monitor and it hasn't come back...but it might at some point. Out on the highway, this BMW cruises nice and straight with no complaints. She'll do 120mph straight as an arrow with no pulling or vibrations. The bushings aren't super serious yet (you can feel it mostly in the steering). I'd plan on doing it within the next few months to a year. All in all, this is probably the cleanest 528iT I've had in quite some time. Thank you for considering this BMW and good luck bidding. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is an increasingly hard to find vehicle. The BMW 5 Series wagons have always been very desirable vehicles. Finding one in this condition with low miles is next to impossible. I would rate the exterior of this 528iT to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a gorgeous wagon. It is finished in Sierra Red Metallic (which is an uncommon color) over tan which makes for an amazing contrast for the eyes. The finish on this 528iT shines like glass and looks great from any angle. There are barely any marks on the exterior. The glass and lenses appear to be intact all around. The alloy wheels are in great condition and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Additionally, this BMW comes with a Thule roof rack. It looks as if it's set up for mountain bikes but I'm not an expert on bikes or racks.
I would rate the interior of this BMW 528iT to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this BMW. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. This BMW comes with a set of original factory rubber floor mats to protect the carpets from whatever you can throw at them. The dash and headliner show well. The cargo area is spacious and clean. It comes with the original retracting cargo cover as well as the sliding cargo platform...which is very uncommon. The sliding platform works properly and does not squeak or rattle. The leather seats show well throughout the interior. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be in proper working condition. The climate control system is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The stereo is original and sounds great. This BMW comes with a full set of manuals. Also, BOTH cup holders are still working properly...which shows the care that this vehicle was given by her previous owners.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L inline six cylinder starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I can feel some age in the front bushings which is common at this age. A new set of bushings can be had right here on eBay for under $250 and take roughly 5 hours to do the complete set. This routine service can be done by any competent shop...it does not require a BMW specialist. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes feel solid and stop this BMW with no issues. Her road manners are great. This BMW is equally at home running errands around town as she is charging down the interstate. The engine keeps proper temperature at all times. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. There was a check engine light on for a vehicle speed sensor. I reset the monitor and it hasn't come back...but it might at some point. Out on the highway, this BMW cruises nice and straight with no complaints. She'll do 120mph straight as an arrow with no pulling or vibrations. The bushings aren't super serious yet (you can feel it mostly in the steering). I'd plan on doing it within the next few months to a year. All in all, this is probably the cleanest 528iT I've had in quite some time. Thank you for considering this BMW and good luck bidding.

Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
