My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous 1997 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4. She is finished in a deep burgundy which looks fantastic and has a mile deep shine from bumper to bumper. As you can see, this is a gorgous truck. There are a small amount of rust under the drivers door. Otherwise, the body looks great. There is no physical damage to report...barely even a scratch. The chrome bumpers look great, front and rear. The rear windows are tinted and there is a sliding window at the back which opens and closes easily. This is the first year a rear door was available which allows easy access to the rear seats. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber. The tires show average tread all around. I would rate the interior of htis truck to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their ags and are not worn. The cloth seats show well throughout and are comfortable. The dash and headliner show well. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly. This truck comes with two keys and two remotes to the factory keyless entry system. The radio has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which powers up and sounds good. There is a factory CD changer in the back. I'm not sure if it works or not because the radio is not original. The heater and air conditioner work well. Mechanically, this F-150 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and resposnive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. This truck has excellent road manners. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and easy. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. The engine keeps proper temperature and keeps good oil pressure at all times. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. The exhaust manifolds were just replaced. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility. Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank. All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous 1997 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4. She is finished in a deep burgundy which looks fantastic and has a mile deep shine from bumper to bumper. As you can see, this is a gorgous truck. There are a small amount of rust under the drivers door. Otherwise, the body looks great. There is no physical damage to report...barely even a scratch. The chrome bumpers look great, front and rear. The rear windows are tinted and there is a sliding window at the back which opens and closes easily. This is the first year a rear door was available which allows easy access to the rear seats. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber. The tires show average tread all around.
I would rate the interior of htis truck to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their ags and are not worn. The cloth seats show well throughout and are comfortable. The dash and headliner show well. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly. This truck comes with two keys and two remotes to the factory keyless entry system. The radio has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which powers up and sounds good. There is a factory CD changer in the back. I'm not sure if it works or not because the radio is not original. The heater and air conditioner work well.
Mechanically, this F-150 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and resposnive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. This truck has excellent road manners. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and easy. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. The engine keeps proper temperature and keeps good oil pressure at all times. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. The exhaust manifolds were just replaced. I've personally put a few hundred miles on this truck. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Bidding:
Please read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. If you have any questions or concerns that have not been addressed within our listing, feel free to send us an email so that we may address your specific question before placing your bid. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable with what you're bidding on.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
