Time to move on to a new project vehicle. This Baby is a real head turner. Everything works as it should except the speedometer(needs cable). In dash idiot lights replaced by under dash guages for oil, water, alt. Older restoration(18 years) still shows great from 25 yards but shows need for TLC up close. Only rust was passanger door bottom which was repaired during the restoration but is beginning to bubble again(new rust treatment technology was not there 18 years ago). Crack in driver's vent window with all other glass clear. Only dents are on the blanked-out tailgate and inside of the bed. This truck has been road worthy all of its life starting in York, SC and gets attention everywhere it goes. All lights, guages, brakes turn signals work as they should. Original except for switch out from 6 cyl straight drive to 59 352 to automatic 3 speed. Comes with clear title and can be driven home but I would recommend out of state buyers to order an independent inspection. Minor oil leaks as you would expect from an 18 year old rebuild on the engine. Dual exhaust with attention getting sound(glass packs). 90% Firestone SS50s on custon ford van wheels add to the appeal. NADA Low retail is $6,475, Average retail is $12,350 Not a show truck but as you can see from photos definately above average. Put a few dollors in it and Nada high retail is $26,000. Enough said!!! This truck is advertised locally and will go to the Charlotte car show and swap meet in the Fall if it doesn't go before then.
