Last year of the Norton/Matchless/A.J.S. factory hybrid only around 750 made. Good running bike, Norton Atlas 750cc engine. Engine totally rebuilt 2011, Sparx 3 phase alternator, Pazon ignition, 2 gas tanks (1 original & 1 fiberglass BSA Goldstar racing style) 2 seats (1 original & 1 Cafe racer style with removable shell for a passenger), Clip-on, rear sets, PWK carbs. Avon tires (1 season). 1 gas tank needs to be re-coated inside & a small oil leak between head & cyl. Very confortable long runner, 2nd seat padded with thick gel pad ($$$). One of the only rare motorcycle that could have come out of the factory with open pipes / no mufflers. Rare motorcycle, 1968 the last year of the Matchless/AJS with the Norton Atlas engine. The Norton engine is a real beast, it roars. If you want a Cafe Racer that sounds & feels like it should, get this one. Can crate for shipping, can partially deliver.
