These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. This 1999 Chevy Astro AWD conversion van is in astoundingly good condition for the mileage. Don’t be scared off by the miles, the only other owner clearly took pride in this van. It looks and drives better than most with a quarter the miles. I have had this thing out on the highway and I cannot come up with anything bad to say about how it drives. I cannot think of any more comfortable way for 6 full sized adults to travel short of a private jet. The interior of this Astro is in excellent condition. All six seats are matching reclining captain’s chairs. They are comfortable and look quite good. With the hi-top roof, there is plenty of head room and leg room even for the rearmost seats. There are no holes or stains to be found. The only blemish is a bit of wear on the driver’s seat where your butt rubs getting in and out. The carpets are clean throughout. There is a set of embroidered floormats; they show the only real signs of wear and tear. The door panels, headliner, window shades, and wood trim all show nicely. This van comes with one remote clicker (which works well), two factory keys, and a whole handful of copies. The power front windows work at the touch of a button. The heater works well. The stereo with CD player has good sound, but doesn’t get great radio reception. This van has wiring and power for a TV and DVD player. There are more 12v outlets in this van than you would believe. There are at least 10. Every time I look inside I find a new one. The deep red metallic paint on the exterior shows nicely. There are a few small blemishes, but no large dents or scratches. I can see no signs of body rust. All the lights and glass are clear and crack-free. The headlights are bright and well-aimed. The alloy wheels shine up nicely and are wrapped in a matching set of radials with good tread. All the doors open and close easily. This van has the very handy 3-way dutch rear doors. Mechanically, this Chevy runs properly. The 4.3L Vortec V6, shared with the S10, Blazer, and 1/2 ton pickup, gives a good balance of power and fuel economy. The engine in this van fires right up and runs smooth. The automatic transmission shifts smooth. The all wheel drive works automatically and reliably to give good grip in poor conditions. All of the fluids are clean: oil, ATF, power steering, coolant, etc. The oil pressure, temp, and voltage are all good. The steering is easy and straight. The ABS brakes stop strong. This thing drives like a dream on the highway. This van has a current PA annual safety and emissions inspection good through the end of Oct, 2013. Everyone that has looked at this van has commented on how clean and well kept it is. I have driven it a couple hundred miles and it has been effortless. I can’t find anything bad to say about driving this Astro. If you want to take 5 friends and their stuff on a road trip, this is the best vehicle to do it in. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a textbook example of the reason why people seek out one-owner vehicles. This 1999 Chevy Astro AWD conversion van is in astoundingly good condition for the mileage. Don’t be scared off by the miles, the only other owner clearly took pride in this van. It looks and drives better than most with a quarter the miles. I have had this thing out on the highway and I cannot come up with anything bad to say about how it drives. I cannot think of any more comfortable way for 6 full sized adults to travel short of a private jet.
The interior of this Astro is in excellent condition. All six seats are matching reclining captain’s chairs. They are comfortable and look quite good. With the hi-top roof, there is plenty of head room and leg room even for the rearmost seats. There are no holes or stains to be found. The only blemish is a bit of wear on the driver’s seat where your butt rubs getting in and out. The carpets are clean throughout. There is a set of embroidered floormats; they show the only real signs of wear and tear. The door panels, headliner, window shades, and wood trim all show nicely.
This van comes with one remote clicker (which works well), two factory keys, and a whole handful of copies. The power front windows work at the touch of a button. The heater works well. The stereo with CD player has good sound, but doesn’t get great radio reception. This van has wiring and power for a TV and DVD player. There are more 12v outlets in this van than you would believe. There are at least 10. Every time I look inside I find a new one.
The deep red metallic paint on the exterior shows nicely. There are a few small blemishes, but no large dents or scratches. I can see no signs of body rust. All the lights and glass are clear and crack-free. The headlights are bright and well-aimed. The alloy wheels shine up nicely and are wrapped in a matching set of radials with good tread. All the doors open and close easily. This van has the very handy 3-way dutch rear doors.
Mechanically, this Chevy runs properly. The 4.3L Vortec V6, shared with the S10, Blazer, and 1/2 ton pickup, gives a good balance of power and fuel economy. The engine in this van fires right up and runs smooth. The automatic transmission shifts smooth. The all wheel drive works automatically and reliably to give good grip in poor conditions. All of the fluids are clean: oil, ATF, power steering, coolant, etc. The oil pressure, temp, and voltage are all good. The steering is easy and straight. The ABS brakes stop strong. This thing drives like a dream on the highway.
This van has a current PA annual safety and emissions inspection good through the end of Oct, 2013.
Everyone that has looked at this van has commented on how clean and well kept it is. I have driven it a couple hundred miles and it has been effortless. I can’t find anything bad to say about driving this Astro. If you want to take 5 friends and their stuff on a road trip, this is the best vehicle to do it in. Winning bidders:

Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
