An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a No RESERVE auction today is a VOLVO 850 GLT. VOLVO's are known for there reliability and safety. This Volvo was the first to feature a 5 cylinder engine. This has a PA inspection and emissions sticker good until September 2013 !!! This was a new car trade from a local dealership. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in average condition for age and mileage. The headliner does not hang, the dash is free of cracks. The only thing I would say that's below average is the condition of the leather seats. On a positive note they are heated and very comfortable !!! This is surprising feature...the rear seat is optioned with a fold able child's booster seat. Please see pictures. The sound system is original and works well, it comes equipped with a CD and tape player. The doors are tight and clean. The carpet has normal wear for age and mileage. The Sunroof ads a nice touch, when your cruising on those warm sunny days. As you can see in the picture the paint has some wear and noticeable oxidization. Its purely cosmetic... it has not gotten down to metal. There are no major scratches, dents or body rust on this Volvo. The cover needs replaced on the drivers side turn signal. This Volvo has a set of HANKOOK tires with about a year or two of tread left. The exterior has the classic Volvo body that is never out of style. The Volvo 850's drive much like the larger 900 models, but their trimmer size and superior suspension give them truly an athletic cornering ability. Overall I would mechanically rate this Volvo to be in good condtion. The 5 cylinder engine provides stable acceleration. The GLT Volvo has dual over head cams and 20 valve, 2.5L 5 cylinder engine that has 168 horsepower. This Volvo drives nice and easy, the steering is tight and repsonsive. The transmission engages smoothly. The ABS light is on, the breaks functions as they should and come to a halting stop. I have personally driven this car and its a comfortable enjoyable ride. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.-->
