This VW has the Factory 1.8 Liter 4-Cylinder Gas Engine. The car Cranks and Runs good. Engine does Not Smoke/Leak/Use/Burn any oil. Engine runs good and has good power. PLEASE NOTE; the engine Idles at around 1800-2000 RPMs...not sure why, but it does. The Transmission is the Factory 5-Speed, It shifts out through all gears good and smooth. Clutch feels strong, No slipping, No problems. The Interior is Factory White Cloth, It is in good condition. The Driver Seat has a Wear spot on the side where you slide in and out, not bad...But its there. Rear seat is nice. The Radio is a PIONEER AM-FM CD Player. Lights and gauges work. It has a aftermarket Temp. Guage installed. The Convertible Top is in good condition. There is a Wear Spot on the Right side at the rear {see pic} It has been Patched, does not seem to leak or pose any problems, just hurts the Selling Price of the car. The Body is in good condition, No Dents, Paint is nice. There is a spot of surface rust on Both Sides of the car at the rear where the Top folds down, It looks to be from leaving the top in the down position for extended periods of time. Also a small spot of Rust under the windshield. {see pics} Tires are in good condition, They have about 50% Tread life. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a Clear Title on hand.
