1971 FJ40 **No reserve** Another great offering by www.SaveTheLandCruisers.net We found this sweet rust free fj40 in San Diego. It was our intent to do a full restoration but we found a FJ 45 that needs our immediate attention. We are selling this LandCruiser with No Reserve!! I would consider this vehicle to be a minor project as we need to focus our attention on the FJ45. This vehicle starts right up and runs, brakes strait, and is driveable. 3 speed transmission on the Tree. Interior is in great shape. Mileage is exempt as true mileage is not known. Here's what we suggest to finish this nice fj40: * Wiring needs to be completed. The wiring harness is intact, front lights work but the running lights and brake lights need to be connected * We purchased this vehicle without the fiberglass (White portion) of the roof. We have purchased the top but it needs weatherstripping and bolted on, top is currently not bolted on * clutch needs to be bled or possible a new clutch slave. The vehicle will go into gear and drive however sometimes the clutch has to be pumped to get the clutch to dis engage Outside of the aboved mentioned this is a nice nice nice truck. The FJ40 is located at our shop in Covington, LA we welcome you to come look at it in person if thats possible on your end. If you are from out of town you can fly into New Orleans (we will pick you up) if need be. Please note that this vehicle will need to be trailer'd home or shipped.
