Up for sale is this beautiful 1999 Porsche Boxster Cabriolet. This Porsche is in very nice shape and runs and drives like a new porsche. Unfortunately, this car was involved in hurricane sandy and its being sold with a salvage flood title. I am not sure why the insurance company decided to brand this car a flood car because I can see no sign of flood damage anywhere on this vehicle. The Porsche is in perfect machanical condition and everything works the way it should, and I mean everything! Every single light bulb lights up and every switch functions properly. The only problem I see is that the SRS light is on, which is nothing to worry about. I do not believe any water entered this vehicle at all. I have been driving this vehicle on and off and its a really nice driving vehicle. I replaced some of the rear suspension arms and the sway bar bushings because they showed some wear. All the maintanence on the car was done and its ready for its new owner. Nothing has to be done to this car! This car also has a new pair of pirelli P-zero tires on it. They have tons of tread left and they are all matching. The brakes are new all around as well. The battery also appears to have been repalces recently. This is a very well taken cared of car.This Porsche is loaded up with all the options you could possibly want. It has an upgraded stereo system with a huge alpine amp under the hood and new alpine speakers in the car. It has built in radar detector (works great), leather interior, power seats, power locks, power convertible top, fog lamps, alloy wheels, 5-speed manual transmission, CD changer, face off radio, Ice cold AC, and soo much more.The car comes with the original porsche key, unused spare tire, and the original Porsche tool kit as well. This vehicle is ready for the summer, just jump in and drive.The exterior of the car shows well but has a flew blemishes. The rear bumper has some imperfections (see my photos), and there is a small ding under the drivers side door on the rocker panel. You can see all of this in my photos. But overall the car is in very nice shape. THe convertible top is in new condition. There is no wear on it at all and it functions perfectly. The wear window is also nice and clear and the rear defogger works as well.The interior of the car is also very nice. There is slight wear on the drivers side bolster, but no rips or anything like that. The carpets and other panels are all in great shape and all the mechanicals and electricals are 100%.This car is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or implied.
