1947 Plymouth Standard Deluxe, 82 year old owner can no longer drive. Engine rebuilt 500 miles ago and cost $3,500.00. The windshild and all windows were recently replaced (with original safety glass), New (oversized) radiator. It is time that it needs a new paint job. Great automoble and fun to drive! On Mar-10-13 at 16:34:33 PDT, seller added the following information: I purchased this car in 1994 from its original owner in Idaho Falls Idaho and have driven it almost daily ever since. It has been carefully maintained however the Southern Utah sun finally dimmed its beautiful original maroon paint. The custom upholstery is in excellent condition, it has good whitewall rubber all the way around, The engine has approximately 500 miles on a complete rebuild by a master mechanic here in Kanab. It has a new oversized radiator, turn signals, seat belts, spot light (for real) a radio and two heaters. The only thing this vehicle could use is an electric windshield wiper and a paint job. If my vision was still good I would not be afraid to drive the car from coast to coast at freeway speeds. It is a good unit, well worth more than the price being ask.
