I purchased this bike from the original owner awhile back and got it back on the road.It was always indoors and shows pride of ownership. It did not take much to get it going since it was stored properly, tank and carbs empty.Went ahead and cleaned the carbstune-up oil changenew airbox rubbersnew air filternew fork bootsrebuilt master cylinderrebuilt calipernew rear tire to match the Dunlop K70 up frontnew side cover rubber grommetsnew battery Basically I did what ever it needed as if I was going to keep it and ride it myself.I am a collector and have had way too much fun buying bikes and it is time to pass some along. As they say they are only original once and it brings much pleasure to go for a ride and when people ask if I did the restoration I say "It is all original".It is a very nice bike to ride and not so perfect that you are afraid to take it out. The paint is very nice without much fading at all. There are a couple of real small chips as seen in the pics on the tank.The right side cover does have a hairline crack from the emblem forward but very hard to see, see pic. The pipes are very nice and sound great with no baffles.There is a small JB touch-up on the bottom of #4 to cover up a blister, see pic. Some chrome blistering on the rear blinkers, see pics. The new owner can have fun polishing up the engine cases and fork legs and chrome. I have clear title in my name and it is currently non-opped. Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
