This Civic runs and drives great, has been a great commuter car for me. it has just over half the tread life, timing belt/water pump done at 140K. The car has no rust at all. It has a broken windshield and a couple of body defects such as on the driver side there are a couple of parking lot door dings. The pass door has a small dent in it too(right under mirror) and on the passenger side, the front fender and headlight were replaced and the fenders color doesn't match perfect. If you wanted to fix the dents and repaint the fender you could have a great little civic again or just drive it as is and get 30++mpgs. I can answer any further questions you have, just email me.
