Here is another low water flood!! water was only low in floor not in dash. this will be an easy fixer because most computers are in dash. there are 2 fuse boxes in left and right kick panels on floor that will need to be changed. they are probably about $100 per box. you can find some of these parts used on car-part.com. this is the touring model and i think is completely loaded.
