HBO The Sopranos-Phil Leotardo Lincoln Towncar Introducing a piece of television history. We listed this car a few months ago and got a lot of buzz Internationally. So we took it off the market to do some publicity tours in Atlanta,Vegas. A few high profile weddings, proms, etc. This car made us a lot of money as a show vehicle, not really chauffering, just people posing with it, beside driving the Brides and Grooms around town a couple of hours of course. Now it is up for sale again. This is the Toreadore Red Lincoln Town Car driven by Phil Leotardo in the HBO series The Sopranos. I cannot prove that this car was on the show, however I can give you the story as told to me. They used 3 identical vehicles to shoot the scenes for the episodes in which Gangster Phil Leotardo eventually wrecked the cars front end while being chased by Tony Soprano. As in most movies, they always have more than one of any prop, including a car, for difficult scenes. I recently learned this while researching the movie The Green Hornet. They searched the country and bought up 14 Chrysler cars and preped them to look like the main Hornet car just for crashes and chase scense. My Sopranos car is 1 of 3 I am told. I am 100 % confident in the authenticity of this claim! Of course I added a lot of decorative chrome, new two-toned white ostrich and red leather interior(interior cost $3,400, and a state-of-the art dvd,video ipod, thumb drive player,GPS. You can actually play your songs from your thumb drive or ipod, connectors both conveniently located in the glove box. This GPS System is voice controlled and changes to radio,satelite, song list, movie at your voice command! Never get lost again with this powerful Navigation system. The built in Nav,DVD,Video Ipod,Thumb Drive system cost $3,500! It is the most unusual Lincoln Town Car you will ever see, adorned with Rubies, Chrome, and the very rare and elusive Toreadore Red. This color is even more rich and delicious than any Candy Coat Red you have ever seen! It runs as you'd expect a Lincoln Town Car to, and the ride is one of cozy couch comfort for which Lincolns are famous. The controls for additional volume, tunner, heat/ac, cruise are all located on the steering wheel, assuring a safe, distraction free journey everytime. I have other unique cars for sale here and I am adding more of my collection, but I have to admit, this one is truly amazing to look at! Classy, refined and rich and a design that you won't see on any other Lincoln. This Lincoln caught my attention because of the unusual Toreador red, which as I have stated, has to be seen in person to be appreciated. It is far prettier than Candy Apple Red or any other version. I also was drawn to this vehicle because I am a Sopranos fan. I can quote every line of the show, every episode. As with my other designs, be warned! You will be plagued with curious camera totting fans, all snaping away while you sit at lights, driving, or putting grocery in the large accomodating trunk. I am told that this car is now on hundreds of Facebook pages. People I do not know, total strangers have passed video and pictures of this car all over the world. I recently had someone request I bring the car to Canada to be in the wedding party of a couple who formed their own Sopranos Video Club. But it is for sale Internationally, not for show, and please note that I have only put a few thousand miles on the car and it has not been in bad weather or dogged out on the road. It was only out a couple of weeks for some very fun promos. As with my other specially designed cars, you will always be the focus of fervor in the car. It runs fabulously as a Lincoln Towncar does, meticulously maintained, the only problem is the air conditioner needs charging, but since I am selling it, I am not going to fix that so the buyer will have to do that themselves, however, no other mechanical problems. Also, this car is located in Florissant, MO, outside of St.Louis, MO, so feel free to come here and drive and inspect the car before you buy, but you must bring a Letter of Credit from your bank proving you have the amount of the sale. I can no longer allow people to test drive this car and take pictures, posing in the drivers seat, so that they can put them on their Facebook page! That is wasting my time and it is rude. I will not entertain insane offers, I won't even repond. If you want to come see it, I will pick you up at Lambert International Airport and make your trip a pleasure while we conduct business. Make an appointment with me if you plan to see it in person. However, I cannot gurantee that someone won't purchase it while you are in route, so keep that in mind, as I hate to have you waste airplane fare, but I have to go by first come, first serve, and I have turned down offers for people who assuredd me they we making airline arraigments, and in the end, they never showed but they cost me a sale with others.
