Up for auction is a 1983 Goldwing Interstate gl1100i. The bike is in overall good condition for a 30 year old bike. The bike has new dunlop d404 tires, new starter, and battery. The odometer reads 29700 miles. It has a cd player/ radio and cruise control. The paint is faded on the back luggage rack lid as well as the side lids. There is a oil leak on the left valve cover. The bike will slip in thrid when heavy throttle is applied. I was told it may be clutch plates but shifts through all the other gears as it should. The motor does not smoke and makes no unusal nosies when running. Overall this is a solid old bike that with a little work will make a good bike for years to come. Also comes with the orignal owners manual and oringal tool kit. I have a clear Texas title in my name. New Texas plates, registration good through Janurary 2014. The bike has been a Texas bike all it's life. I have stated everything that I know about the bike. Feel free to ask any questions and I will try to answer the best I can.
