My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions and before placing a bid as nearly every question we get is already answered in one or both of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous ONE OWNER 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML320. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a huge Mercedes nut. I cannot remember the last time I haven't owned at least one! I truly believe that Mercedes-Benz is the most well made automobile available and offers an excellent value to discriminating car buyers who understand what true vaule is. I would rate the exterior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As with any used vehicle, please expect to find signs of wear on the exterior associated with normal daily use. On this specific example, there are a few scratches and scrapes on the bumpers and lower side moldings as should be expected. As for the body itself, there is no noteworthy damage to report. The silver exterior shines very well and looks great. I did not see any rust on the body of this ML which is one of the biggest things I look for when I consider buying any Mercedes-Benz. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching tires with deep tread all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Pride in ownership shows all around this ML. I would rate the interior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this ONE OWNER Mercedes-Benz. The door cards are all clean and tight. The wood trim shows well throughout the interior. The carpets are clean throughout the cabin and show well. A full set of floor mats are included as well as a hard plastic cargo area protector with modular dividers for keeping smaller items from rolling about. The cargo area is clean and spacious. The origina first aid kit is still present and in its original wrapper. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seating surfaces show very well throughout the interior. The little knob to the power mirror switch is missing but the control is intact. The power windows, locks, seats and sunroof are all working properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The audio system is original. In addition to a full set of books, this ML320 also comes with two original keys/remotes. Mechanically, this ML320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. Actually, that is an understatement. The 3.2L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly without any chatter or noise. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this ML feels nice and tight all around. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes bring this luxury SUV to a stop with no issues. In fact, this is the smoothest driving ML that I've ever had. It feels firm and confident on the road which is a testiment to what happens when a well built automobile is properly cared for. The engine keeps perfect temperature and makes great power. This ML feels equally at home running errands around town as it does blasting down the highway. The ABS light is on as well as the BAS/ASR light which is commonly the little box on top of the brake pedal (about $200 if you want the light off). Accelleration is great and power is readily available through the five speed automatic transmission. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all five gears. The full time AWD system gives you confidence year round and is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, this Mercedes-Benz drives like one would expect. I have over 100 miles so far on this ML320. Out on the highway, she just wants to go! I had to actually concentrate to keep the speedometer under 80mph. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions and before placing a bid as nearly every question we get is already answered in one or both of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a gorgeous ONE OWNER 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML320. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a huge Mercedes nut. I cannot remember the last time I haven't owned at least one! I truly believe that Mercedes-Benz is the most well made automobile available and offers an excellent value to discriminating car buyers who understand what true vaule is. I would rate the exterior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As with any used vehicle, please expect to find signs of wear on the exterior associated with normal daily use. On this specific example, there are a few scratches and scrapes on the bumpers and lower side moldings as should be expected. As for the body itself, there is no noteworthy damage to report. The silver exterior shines very well and looks great. I did not see any rust on the body of this ML which is one of the biggest things I look for when I consider buying any Mercedes-Benz. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching tires with deep tread all around. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Pride in ownership shows all around this ML.
I would rate the interior of this ML320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this ONE OWNER Mercedes-Benz. The door cards are all clean and tight. The wood trim shows well throughout the interior. The carpets are clean throughout the cabin and show well. A full set of floor mats are included as well as a hard plastic cargo area protector with modular dividers for keeping smaller items from rolling about. The cargo area is clean and spacious. The origina first aid kit is still present and in its original wrapper. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seating surfaces show very well throughout the interior. The little knob to the power mirror switch is missing but the control is intact. The power windows, locks, seats and sunroof are all working properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The audio system is original. In addition to a full set of books, this ML320 also comes with two original keys/remotes.
Mechanically, this ML320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. Actually, that is an understatement. The 3.2L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly without any chatter or noise. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension on this ML feels nice and tight all around. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes bring this luxury SUV to a stop with no issues. In fact, this is the smoothest driving ML that I've ever had. It feels firm and confident on the road which is a testiment to what happens when a well built automobile is properly cared for. The engine keeps perfect temperature and makes great power. This ML feels equally at home running errands around town as it does blasting down the highway. The ABS light is on as well as the BAS/ASR light which is commonly the little box on top of the brake pedal (about $200 if you want the light off). Accelleration is great and power is readily available through the five speed automatic transmission. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all five gears. The full time AWD system gives you confidence year round and is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, this Mercedes-Benz drives like one would expect. I have over 100 miles so far on this ML320. Out on the highway, she just wants to go! I had to actually concentrate to keep the speedometer under 80mph. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible in addition to posting several dozen photos of each unit. If you have any questions or concerns that have not been addressed within our listing, feel free to send us an email so that we may address your specific question before placing your bid. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable with what you're bidding on.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, you assert that you have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully exercised their ability to complete any diligence or any any questions needed PRIOR to placing their bid.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Winning bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the vehicle may be sold to another buyer. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close.
Cash in person upon pick up is the preferred method of payment. There are other payment options for long distance buyers where paying in person is not possible. Paypal is NOT accepted for payment, nor do we have the ability to accept credit cards.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours; we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accommodating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you or your shipper may arrive and nobody will be at our facility.
Vehicles paid with cash will be available immediately. If paid by any other method, the vehicle and title will be held until funds have been cleared by my bank.
All vehicles must be collected within 14 days of auction's end. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without a specific exception being made will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those tranactions. We will assist you in that process.
